We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

La casa ha una zona giorno moderna e funzionale, dotata di tutti i confort, cucina attrezzata, spazio esterno della casa è molto suggestivo ha una terrazza vista lago. Esperienza unica immersa nella natura mi sono addormentato un concerto di rane e la mattina con il cinguettio degli uccelli, c’è un ottimo riscontro d’aria la camera da letto ha un doppio affaccio. Vi consiglio però di pranzare all’ Oasi di Bianca dove poter fare il bagno e prendere il sole, la spiaggia é pet friendly. I proprietari amichevoli. Bellissima esperienza.

Un’esperienza unica! L’appartamento è semplicemente meraviglioso: pulitissimo, accogliente e attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno — e anche di più. La cura con cui Luca ha preparato ogni dettaglio è davvero unica. Abbiamo trovato una vasta scelta per la colazione, spazzolino e dentifricio in caso di dimenticanze, e persino due cavi multi-uscita per ricaricare qualsiasi dispositivo. Un’attenzione che fa la differenza: le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano non solo puliti, ma anche profumatissimi, cosa per nulla scontata! Per non parlare della vista sul lago di Nemi: semplicemente incantevole. Un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno, perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare dal caos della città. Infine, Luca è stato un host eccezionale: disponibilissimo, attento e generoso di consigli preziosi che ci hanno permesso di scoprire il meglio della zona. Una vera guida turistica! Consigliatissimo. Si percepisce chiaramente quanta passione ci sia dietro: torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben in La Finestra eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und wurden bei der Ankunft schon sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder mal nach Santo Stefano in das La Finestra und können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Wir danken den Gastgebern sehr herzlich.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Luigi’s place felt like a little paradise off the beaten track, a really charming place. The village itself is very idyllic and is located in the dreamy valley, perfect for a recluse holiday. The flat has everything one needs and the little garden is a nice space to rest. Luigi was a very warm and welcoming host - made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive.

Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien.
