La sua conformazione su diversi livelli la rende un'ottima scelta anche per due piccoli nuclei familiari. Si articola al piano terra e al piano mansarda di una più ampia villa, con giardino e parcheggio riservato. Dimenticate l'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia. In Torre there are 2 famous beaches, one of which, Genn'e Mari, 500m from the villa, with soft sand and shallow crystal waters, safe for children. La casa "Bouganville" è ideale per gli ospiti che scelgono una vacanza con gli amici o con la famiglia in un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. Le tre camere matrimoniali sono comode, fresche, luminose. La cucina è attrezzata e separata da un ampio soggiorno con camino e smart TV da 55 polici.Piscina con solarium, doccia acqua fredda/calda, barbeque. Ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di due bagni con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di zanzariere. Parcheggio privato.

My place has great views, the local beach is a short walk , and there are a good selection of restaurants and dining. Fantastic choice of beaches are a short drive away which have numerous family-friendly activities. The city of Cagliari is about 30 minutes away is has a wide variety of art and culture.
