Very well maintained and beautiful accommodation with plenty of space and a huge, well-maintained garden. A heated pool is freely available for use, sauna and hot tub for a bookable extra charge. The hosts can speak wonderful English, the communication was completely problem-free. The location is fantastically quiet and surrounded by greenery. A small supermarket is 100 m away, with fresh rolls and everything you need. Quickly you are also in the neighboring towns, where you can eat very well. The guesthouse also has a restaurant that is open on weekends. Highly recommended, very tasty food! Definitely worth another trip.

The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

If you really want to switch off - and by "really" I mean: no neighbors, no reception, no "can you just?" - then this remote hut in the forest is an absolute dream. 🌲✨ Far and wide, not a soul, just you, absolute silence and nature, so beautiful that you wonder for a moment if you've secretly landed in a ZDF documentary. 🦌🍃 The jacuzzi in the middle of the greenery is the highlight - perfect for romantic evenings or philosophical conversations with a glass of wine and a fox in the background. There are cameras, but don't worry, they're only outside. So if you've always wanted to know what life is like at Promi Big Brother without annoying roommates, but with nature and style, you've come to the right place. In short: rest, relaxation, wild animals (hopefully only outside) and a touch of television studio - I'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's apartment as a family. Our son and our dog loved the spacious and beautiful garden and it kept them occupied quite easily. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather wasn't good enough for it to be prepared yet. Another great thing about the apartment was the well stocked kitchen. We had all the supplies to cook dinner with and we could've even baked a cake. Thanks for the great stay!

We stayed there with our two small dogs for three nights. The house is small but completely sufficient for two. The whirlpool and the completely safer garden were our highlights. You don't have to worry about the dog at all while you're in the hot tub, as the garden is completely fenced and both gates are lockable. So that no one can enter the garden from the outside. In the garden you are completely undisturbed and there is a privacy screen everywhere. You will always find a sunny place to relax in the garden. There is also a covered terrace and the hot tub as well as the infrared sauna are fully covered. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. We can highly recommend the house and the great garden to anyone who wants to relax and seek tranquility.

The accommodation was great and the landlord was very friendly. We had a lot of fun and would love to come back! We were able to use the pool and the large beautiful garden.

We were very satisfied, it was all clean and tidy, the games room was great for the kids, the hot tub and sauna perfect for the parents. The steep access to the house was cleared in a timely manner even in snowfall

Beautiful house with spacious garden which is great for children. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything! It was especially nice that wood was provided for the small stove. Very cozy!

We spent a few very sunny days in Pavol's great and clean place with our two children. Pavol was a fantastic, very friendly and generous host and easily accessible to us at all times. The kitchen was well equipped and we lacked nothing. Even ice cubes were prepared and you can buy wine from the winery. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Beautiful place to stay, very well equipped, comfortable and spacy. Amazing surrounding. Calm and peaceful spot with the parking lot in front of the house. We definitely felt welcomed.

Tomáš‘ place is amazing if you wanna spend some time off grid in beautiful surroundings. For the price, we couldn’t have had a better experience. He is a very nice host, that gave clear instructions via messages beforehand. Just be aware that it is not so easily accessible due to a missing road (you have to drive over a narrow field road) and it has a very steep way down to the water.

We felt like at home. Our 1.5 year old loved all the toys and the yard. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also liked that one bedroom and the main bathroom were downstairs for those that have hard time with stairs. We contacted the hosts repeatedly and they immediately responded and were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, especially if you have small kids!

Nice cottage in nature. We didn't miss anything, but there was a fence with a neighboring property missing for complete privacy. 'We saw each other in a plate'. The neighbor is very kind, but it's like my mother-in-law. She's very nice too, but... Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We liked the house very much. Four of us stayed and it was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, secure parking and very peaceful.

We had a great stay at this house. The house exceeded our expectations. We were three couples and each had their own bedroom, which gave us plenty of personal space. Everywhere was very clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, which made it easy for us to cook and eat. The owner of the house was always helpful and available, she answered all our questions and showed the utmost care of our comfort. The house has a very nice atmosphere, it is cozy and feels great in it. I'm sure we'd love to come back!

Beautiful location. Perfect for viewing the stars and relaxing. There is lots of wildlife and a lake nearby with walking trails. If you want fancy and to be pampered, this is not for you. But if you want to unwind and relax with nature, this is the place. Would love to visit in the summertime to take advantage of the lakes. Also, we didn’t realize towels were not included. We asked Filip about it and he graciously provided some of his personal towels for us. He also did a great job in preparing the sauna and ice bath as well.

We had a great family weekend at Tomáš's place. The place is simple but clean and well appointed. Totally sufficient for guests who travel a lot. There are numerous hiking trails as well as other attractions on the Keilberg or Fichtelberg in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Tomáš was super nice and everything was very straightforward. We can only recommend the place and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Communication with Lloyd was smooth and easy. The location is nice, the house is situated in a small village, ideal for the hot summer months. The house was as described - a little bit older, but cozy and clean. The kitchen was great! We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the cottage with our 2 children (6Y and 3Y). We loved the property. The children could play freely in the garden and also the swing and slide shared use. The house was also super sufficient for the 4 of us. The entrance up to the beds was not perfect as it was a roof staircase and at the top just then the open gap. We then put chairs in front of the gap that the kids don't fall down. But otherwise everything was really great and the kids also did a great job of climbing up and down. The landlords were super sweet and helpful. When it was cold one evening, we also got the wood for the stove directly. We definitely recommend the house and will definitely come here again 😁 Thank you for the great holiday and the wonderful stay with you. Tatjana
