You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Das Haus Frodo wurde schick zwischen den Hügel mit dem Haus Fontoria und die mit Hecken bewachsene Grundstückecke eingesetzt und dem wunderschönen Grundstück noch mehr Charme verliehen.

Płyniewoda to minimalistyczna architektura, naturalne materiały, idealnie zaprojektowana przestrzeń. Opracowując ją skupiliśmy się, aby spełniała oczekiwania najbardziej wymagających Gości. Tworzona z pasją i miłością przez nas samych niemal na każdym etapie realizacji. Zależało nam, aby wnętrza były funkcjonalne i wyjątkowe. Stąd też zadbaliśmy o wszystkie detale – spójną kolorystykę, wysokiej klasy materiały czy też indywidualnie zaprojektowane meble.

Zapraszamy do komfortowego domu o powierzchni 104 m2, dla max. 8 osób. położonego na skraju lasu, tuż przy zejściu na plażę (ok. 300 m do plaży). Dodatkowa część dla dwóch osób -sypialnia z aneksem kuchennym, łazienką i tarasem, możliwa do wynajmu za dodatkową opłatą ( nie przewidziana do odrębnego wynajmu) Tren ogrodzony z parkingiem na 4 samochody. Zakaz palenia wewnątrz domu. Zwierzęta dozwolone, po wcześniejszym ustaleniu
