Really great place in a unique setting directly at the lake. It is possible to stroll comfortably to Bardolino or Lazise. Emanuele and his parents are very accommodating. Next door there is very tasty pizza, a few meters away a recommended restaurant (Al germano reale), opposite is a small mini market. Public parking is right around the corner. All in all, a successful getaway on Lake Garda. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was plentiful with some nice cakes, meats, and cheese. Secure parking and clean, comfortable beds were also appreciated.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning surroundings, nestled among the vineyards of Langhe and Monferrato. The castle is a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. La Camera del Conte was ideal, spacious, and offering breathtaking views of Borgo di Neive and Monviso. The kids loved exploring the grounds, especially the pool area, while we relaxed on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. We relished strolls, local wine, and delicious meals made with fresh produce. The Stella family were wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. Their advice made our visits to Alba and the surrounding area even more special. The castle was the perfect retreat, combining natural beauty and exceptional hospitality. We left with unforgettable memories. Thank you for an incredible experience!

We had an amazing stay at a truly unique castle. The host was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Our two daughters had a wonderful time, and so did we. The location was perfect—easy to reach all the nearby towns by car, and there were excellent restaurants within walking distance. This place is one of the most special we've ever visited, and we highly recommends

Quietly located with nice pool, for people seeking relaxation. To get to the beach or worth seeing villages/towns etc. you should plan longer driving distances (30-45 minutes).

If i could give 20 stars, it would not be enough to state what this Torre Riva is all about! Peaceful, private, quiet, ancient, historic! Perhaps the most remarkable place we've stayed! The village below is quiet, the townspeople are friendly. The entire area is a picture. You will feel history. Mario is an absolute genius with how to send the baggage up. The renovations that he continued with, the woodwork! The way up, is only the best part...get in shape. The village is worth the walk within all the alleys. A picture at every step. We stayed for the first time in Saló and it was an exceptional experience. Cristina's house was the ideal solution to be able to stay in a quiet place a few meters from the lake and the center of Saló. The house is beautiful, tidy and clean as we wanted. Cristina's father and mother were very kind and helpful for any need if we return to these parts, we will definitely come back here! Thank you.

Our family enjoyed a short stay at the castle in Thiene. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, clean and unique. The surrounding gardens and town are charming. The host, Francesca, was very helpful and accommodating and added extra touches like fresh flowers in the rooms. Recommend!

Our stay at Rinco was beautiful and peaceful. We have friends who have an apartment there, and we went to stay with them in the same place. We had a great time, and many days had the pool to ourselves. We found the air conditioning did work, but also had a hard time keeping up with the hot weather at the end of July. The stairs up to the loft sleeping area are stylish, but quite steep, and it is as other reviews have mentioned a bit stuffy as this apartment is on the top floor. Free laundry in the basement was a nice amenity, and the pool was an amazing way to cool off each day. Lots of walking and stairs, which we found a good balance to all the amazing food we ate while there, but not all guests may be expecting this. Parking is easy, and there are so many beautiful sights nearby. Neighbors were all very friendly. What an amazing place, truly! Thank you for the hospitality. Teresa made checking in and out very quick and easy.

The accommodation is simple, however, the friendliness of the town, views and uniqueness of staying in a castle were fabulous. Ludmila was a friendly and helpful host and we had a lovely comfortable stay. We recommend highly.

5 stars is not enough for this gorgeous castle and Alessandra’s amazing hospitality. We stayed for just one night and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was perfect for me, my partner & our 3 yr old. He loved sleeping in a castle and was spoiled by Alessandra and her family. The castle is full of history and Alessandra gave us a full tour. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!!! They immediately catapulted into an atmosphere in the medieval era. Reproduction of the living spaces, the cuisine and the restaurant that was very faithful at the time of choice. Great kitchen with a very meticulous eye to products that could be found or not in the Middle Ages. Young , active, super friendly and helpful staff, we immediately made friends. There is also a visit to the castle included in the price and we had the opportunity to take a very interesting tour inside. Highly recommended for a relaxing day, good food and great company in a medieval castle, with spectacular views. Very spacious, comfortable room with strong medieval accent, super comfortable bed with canopy . A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, for the welcome and for the hard work they do every day to make customers feel like they are at home. We hope to be back soon !!

Really nice place! Fun and unique experience for those like us who have children, space to play, games available, characteristic setting. Property equipped with all comforts immersed in the Piacentine hills. Very kind and helpful owners. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience in a period property with great character and outstanding historical relevance. The garden and outdoors were glorious, blessed with a lucky and truly amazing September sun, we enjoyed warm Italian hospitality with top-notch care and outstanding responsiveness. This was a beautiful castle at which we felt right at home. It was like coming home to a friend. Alessandra helped us find a good restaurant. On top of that, the area was beautiful and it was perfect to rest, walk, have a glass of wine and enjoy the weather. Would definitely like to come back in the future. But beware, except for breakfast, it was not possible to buy food or drinks here.
