This cottage is beautifully and absolutely quietly located on a property of about 8 ha. The owners are on site and always helpful and friendly. We felt comfortable there right from the start and had a great time.

Very nice house, well located close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Plan for an additional cost for energy expenses (€120 for 3 days) when renting the house with pool. Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not in use (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this sector of Morbihan.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Warm, friendly house, perfectly suited for gatherings of families or friends with children. Excellent equipment, nothing was missing. Welcoming, available, and discreet owners. Well heated pool. A perfect weekend, we will most likely come back!

Spacious, well located. You can park the car in front of the gate, which is very convenient. It is equipped for babies, with a folding bed (note: sheets not provided) and a high chair. The manager is responsive if there is a problem! A small area for improvement to consider would be storage for belongings in the rooms 😉 The neighborhood is very quiet, and small local shops are a few minutes' walk away. Overall we had a nice stay.

House in the heart of the port of St Goustan, very comfortable, very well located with a very pleasant garden. Olivier and Marie have very good communication with their guests so that the stay goes well.

We had a great time! The accommodation keeps all its promises and it is very easy to access on foot from the train station. Stéphanie is very responsive and welcomed us very well. I would recommned this property.

Recent and very clean place. Spacious and quiet. Small downside, not too much storage in the bedrooms. We don't know where to put our things. But this is just a detail that can be improved for future hosts. Damien is very approachable and very receptive. I recommend it without a problem. For me, it's a 10 out of 10 😁👍

Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously there (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and will return with great pleasure. Laurence was very responsive to our requests beforehand, she is a host you can count on.

The house corresponded to the description, you immediately had a wow effect. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Good location for southern Brittany. Serge was a good host, always quickly accessible and also on site if there were problems. We highly recommend this property.

Great apartment, very well equipped, for those who want immediate access to the small port of St Goustan, 50m from the mythical bridge. Well-equipped kitchen, nice rooms, 3 toilets, beds made and sheets provided. Please note, the room under the roofs on the top floor can become very hot in the summer season. We had a lovely stay at Damien's who is very responsive and gave us good recommendations (restaurants and beaches). The location is impeccable for discovering the Gulf of Mobihan, the Etel estuary, etc. House met our expectations: quiet, well-equipped, beds made.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not attached to the accommodation, which is not well understood with the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living area, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are good; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

Perfect accommodation, with views from the kitchen, the bedroom and the terrace on the Ria d 'Etel. Direct access to the garden on the coastal path for beautiful walks or running. The Accommodation is lovely.
