Binic is our second home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

A very nice accommodation in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous visits and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it is one of the best cottages we have rented.

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. The accommodation was perfect, completely in line with the description and photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, close to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. Gwénaëlle is very welcoming and available, she answered all our questions before our arrival. We recommend it without hesitation!
