We had a great time at this place. Impeccable cleanliness, peaceful environment, and beautiful volumes in the rooms. We will come back without hesitation, Nastasia is adorable and very flexible which made our stay easy. My children particularly enjoyed the garden, and slept very well like their parents. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Viviane's. The house is nicely decorated and the top floor is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. The rooms are a good size and match the photos. The backyard is also. Viviane was very responsive and It was very easy to check into. I would highly recommend the home.

Nice and cozy accommodation where we spent two pleasant days. The terrace is not attached to the accommodation, which is not well understood with the photos. The staircase to access the sleeping floors is narrow and not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. It is a home for 6 and there are only 3 seats and 1 pouf in the living area, which seemed insufficient to us. The accommodation is very clean and the amenities are good; apart from the 3 details mentioned, it met our expectations.

The place is really great! We had a great weekend with a group of friends. The lounge area is beautiful And each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. I would recommend this place for a great weekend.

Charming fisherman's house, authentic and recently renovated. Beautifully well located just on the st cado port. Peaceful. Beautiful apartment on the third and last floor of an old building close to the port and the historic center. Ideally located with private parking nearby. Warning: narrow spiral staircase for people with reduced mobility. Small terrace, nice and quiet. Neat apartment, we had a pleasant stay.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and the surrounding area are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a very good stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie, who managed our stay, is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Received a warm welcome from Sandrine who showed us around and introduced us to the dogs and the chicken! The cottage is spacious and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture, a very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi and off road parking. A very peaceful countryside setting not too far from the coast. All things considered a very pleasant stay in a cottage we would definitely go back to.

An absolutely superb place for a family holiday. As a family we’ve enjoyed a number of Airbnb holidays, but this was definitely the best. Geraldine is a brilliant host - warm, friendly & great at communicating. The cottage is out of this world - spacious, full of character, well-equipped & tucked away from the crowds. It feels like a well-loved home rather than a more functional holiday let. The surrounding area has lots to enjoy including the West Wake Park (only about 10/15 mins away plus amazing value for money), the beautiful city of Vannes and of course many gorgeous beaches. Or if you simply want to relax in the spacious garden at the back of the cottage on one of the comfortable loungers, enjoy the sounds of the countryside and recharge your batteries this is the perfect place.
