Within walking distance of the center of Saint-Brieuc and the port. A beautiful descent to the harbor. Maryvonne is an enthusiastic host, hospitable and there are many tips for the area available so we quickly found our way. In short, nice compact apartment, close to the center and all nature close by (gR 34 and the cliffs by the sea). We would love to come back.

Great apartment with an ideal location, along a dike, a beautiful beach where it's nice to walk around. Beautifully decorated and very clean apartment, bright, large glass window facing the sea and calm. Emilie is a great host, excellent communication, pleasant, attentive. Access via key safe, code came by message in Messenger a few hours before. Private parking, but this is only accessible once you have taken the key from the key safe. Super nice, spacious apartment with everything you need. Even a washing machine is available. Nespresso machine available and some capsules to start, but no normal coffee machine. Nice, helpful communication via chat messages. Quiet location in Plerin, near the cemetery and the small town center with a bakery nearby. By car, you can quickly reach St. Brieuc or the beaches (e.g. Plage des Rosaiers). We will be happy to come back.

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the city center, but more important the facilities is well kept, and the amenities offered are very suitable for a multigenerational family stay, easy and friendly use. It makes you feel right home! It is all in the details from a traveler perspective; there is a welcome amenity, a counter offering informations about the city of Saint Brieuc and vicinity which make you very familiar with new surroundings. Next time, I bring my family to Saint Brieuc, this is the place that we would want to stay. First Class to Marica and Teiva!

Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable accommodation (apart from the bathroom which is a little cramped) surrounded by nature, it's really soothing. Well located for visiting the city of Penthievre and sites of character such as Monroncourt and Quintin. Delphine is a pleasant, kind and available host, a big thank you. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place! Everything about it was brilliant. Consider taking a fan in the hotter months as no aircon made it very hot.

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

Gwendal's accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. It feels like home! Parking is super easy whether it's on the street or in the large parking lot nearby.

I recommend Samuel's accommodation. Came to the legate to rest. Had a great time. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable. The veranda with the balneo bathtub is a real plus as well as the terrace🌺 The port is a 2-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The "Martin Beach" beach is 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Michel is a responsive and pleasant host. His place is as described, it would almost fail to specify the very nice setting in which it is with "the abbey" and the park of the rest house. That's lovely. Well placed for a stroll around the area. Small downside on cleanliness which is more due to a failure by the concierge. Michel's son was responsive to help us with the shortcomings. The pillows (cakes) would need to be reviewed on the other hand. In itself, a good weekend in the area.
