Wonderful apartment overlooking the beach and with an exceptional view from the living area, bedroom and terrace. The sunrise is beautiful to admire with the sound of the waves in the background. Relaxing and calm, the beach is easy to access. We recommend it without a second thought.

Thank you Hervé and Annie for your advice and your very pleasant exchanges, and for this little corner of paradise that allowed us to rest at night, after three intensive days in the Tour de Bretagne in vintage vehicles. A little gem! Françoise's studio apartment is perfect for those looking for tranquility and comfort in the heart of the historic city of Saint-Malo. The location is excellent: you can reach everything on foot, even the Sillon beaches with a pleasant walk along the sea. The apartment is very clean, new and tastefully furnished, especially with wooden details that make it warm and welcoming. It is equipped with everything you need and, despite being an attic, the blackout windows allow you to sleep well even in the morning. Quiet and relaxing - there are only a few seagulls to remind you that you are near the sea! Françoise was very kind and very helpful, both for the exchange of keys and for some useful advice on the area. A really pleasant stay, I will gladly return (I already miss it!).

A new stay at Hugues, and it was as usual a very good time. The apartment is also beautiful, pleasant and functional. Everything is done on foot, walks, getaway to Saint Malo by boat shuttle, shopping, errands, the location cannot be more central. We'll be back, that's for sure! See you soon, Laetitia

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! A welcoming, beautiful and functional accommodation, as we like them, where we would gladly have stayed longer. The accommodation allowed us to fully enjoy our Dinard stopover with the moonlight walk, some shops, a minigolf game, a preview evening at the cinema, and a trip to the market. Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A great place to discover the area!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.
