Recently renovated (2023), well-equipped, with small garden, and ideally located for visiting the wonderful landscapes of the Granit Rose coast (10min maximum from the most beautiful beaches). Private parking place. Numerous hiking trails and activities nearby: GR34, Pleumeur forest, accrobranche, water sports, visits to the Radôme, bike paths, shops within walking distance (bakery, butcher's, market, etc.).

Quiet accommodation in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast

By car, on foot, by bike, you can come and relax in my small attic apartment, 25 m2, on the first floor of my "crooked" house! Independent, simple but warm, the atmosphere is colorful, "cocooning". It is furnished to offer you a few days of quiet rest in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 6.5 km from the sea. This property can only accommodate two people. Remember to read the house rules (bottom of page) which will answer many of your questions.

Well-equipped and friendly, nice neighborhood, close to shops, and sea 500 m all around. Main beaches 2 km away (about 25 minutes' walk and 10 minutes' bike ride), easy to park near the beaches. Linens and towels provided for added comfort, cleaning not included, possible extra on request.

Yellow Studio Île Renote GR34

25 m² studio in a recent house (2017) with independent entrance and parking space located on the GR34 passage. Several restaurants and Coz Pors Beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. Close to the house, and also within walking distance, are the aquarium and the sea forum (30° seawater pool and spa). Check-in is anytime after 3pm. We don't guarantee the sun, but we can guarantee good wine!! (Yves is a wine merchant).

90 m2 apartment with sea view. The apartment is very bright, spacious and comfortable, it is equipped with a large bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, sea view terrace with dining table, as well as a sofa bed and a dedicated area to watch TV. The rental is centrally located in relation to Perros-Guirec, Trébeurden, Trégastel, Île Grande, and of course Ploumanac'h. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing.
