excellent welcome, the owners very friendly, very attentive to the tenants, respond directly to our text messages, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you will not be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had an unforgettable stay in this apartment by the sea! The location is perfect, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. The apartment is well-equipped and very clean. The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

We had a very nice week in Binic with Samuel! The apartment is really nicely located, quietly away from the town center, but still well connected. You can reach the beach or the GR34 in a few minutes and the nearest supermarket is also within easy reach. The apartment itself is very cozy and beautifully furnished, you have everything you need for a cozy stay. Samuel is a very warm host, we were greeted directly in a friendly manner and received many good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

Accommodation matches photos and description, very quiet place perfect for spending a few nights as a couple. We were there at the end of the tourist season and no regrets, well maybe one, not staying longer. We'll definitely be back.

Sophie and Michel are very welcoming and friendly hosts. A spotless apartment and as described. The geographical location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting the pink granite coast. A perfect stay. I would recommend it in a second.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Possibility to do your shopping on foot (Carrefour market & boulangerie). The sound of the waves is pleasant to hear, even at night. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Cleanliness+++ The host, Renan, is available, responsive and flexible. Very appreciated! Area is beautiful! Especially since the Customs Trail is within walking distance from the apartment. We had a lovely stay for 3 adults & 2 dogs. Thanks!

Our stay at Amélie and Geoffroy's was great. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is very well located, close to all the places of interest. A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!
