We loved our stay at this stunning modern home tucked away in the Santa Cruz hills. The house feels completely private and secluded, surrounded by nature, yet it’s only about 15 minutes from town and the beach — the best of both worlds. Everything was beautifully designed, high-end, and spotless. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Perfect spot to unwind and still be close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!

This was an amazing stay for a group of 5. The location is amazing with beautiful views on the beach. The unit itself was very clean and had all the amenities that were listed. Will definitely go back and visit again.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

This is a beautifully kept home that accommodated all the needs of our trip. Rooms are very spacious and plenty of restrooms for everyone. Very peaceful location and host was great at communicating. We had a very pleasant stay.

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

This was such a wonderful stay. We had 2 families staying with kids ranging from 4-16. The house and property were fun to explore and the pool was amazing. The house was comfortable and clean and the antique and original touches were so fun. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect for our family. The private fenced backyard, hot tub and dining areas made the space twice the size. That big beautiful maple was a treat to sit under and enjoy all the birds flying overhead to the lagoon nearby. The location is epic! We loved walking to twin lakes and blacks beaches with the dog. Early mornings with low tide gave us plenty of beach to run around on. The farmers market on Sunday is also just a walk away. Highly recommend !

We had the most amazing stay with our newborn & dog. Walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, and a short drive to the cliff walks. We loved being able to put the baby down to sleep in the dark bedroom & eat dinner in the peaceful backyard. Plus, the fenced yard made it easy to let our dog out to go potty (it’s the little things!). We are eager to stay here again!

As mentioned by others, the place is super comfortable, has a lot of amenities and is super close to the boardwalk and the downtown area. However, what really stood out to us was the host’s hospitality. They were super accommodating when we mentioned we’d be getting to Santa Cruz a little early and if we could use the bikes to go cruise around in the meantime. We only stayed for one night, but were able to enjoy a full day of fun because of that. We rode to Brommer park, played pickleball, went back to check in, headed out to eat, walked around and then went back to enjoy the spa and ping pong table. The whole house was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely recommend David’s place.

Gabriel was a great host and provided a lot of information to make our stay better. My group didn't do the best job at separating the garbage and Gabriel was very kind and considerate in addressing the issue so we could work towards a resolution, which I appreciated. I would definitely book his place again.

Vic and Leanne's place is great! We've stayed there several times, and will be back, I'm sure. It's clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and appliances are new and nicely done. Plenty of local coffee for the coffee maker. Vic and Leanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended!

Kimberly is an amazing host, very organized and easy to reach and communicate. The house is spacious and airy, in a walking distance from the beach and Downtown. It is equipped with everything you might need and more. We had a wonderful time and we hope to come back again soon!

My birthday was great thanks to this atmosphere of the house. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. This is a great house close to the Pacific Ocean coast.🤩🌊

This is my second time visiting Jesse's home. Everything went super smoothly and I was provided with all necessary information. I love the open floor plan and you can't beat the location. I love his eco friendly approach and all the kitchen accessories he has in order to cook in house. I haven't made it in the hot tub either visit, but hope to do so next time :)

This place was a Gem!! So pretty and located in the perfect place!! Loved the whole property from the living space to all The games and the bikes! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again!! Thank you David for letting us borrow your home!! ❤️

We had a wonderful weekend with our college grandsons. We used the BBQ and had a great dinner. The kitchen is well stocked making that an easy task. The morning walk to the Farmer’s Mkt was a special treat. Walking to the beach was also a beautiful way to start the day Thank you Carrie.

My 17 year-old daughter found this AirBnb and, as usual, her taste was spot on. The house reminded us of the Eichler we stayed in Palm Springs: light, airy, and well appointed. I loved the bedroom with the low, beamed ceilings, and it was fun borrowing the Schwin to bike to the VW car show. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores. Nova is a lovely street and close to everything - the only slight drawback is common neighborhood noise like we get at home (sanders, lawn mowers) but that’s just par for the course and a very narrow driveway which was tricky to get the cans around (we checked out on a Sunday). We hope to return soon to this lovely home!! We felt cozy and we all slept well. Thanks for hosting us.

It’s our first trip with our one month old son and we had an amazing time! We are familiar with the area which is why we picked Erin’s place since it’s so close to privates! Also Erin provided bikes with surfboard rack that we used to ride to surf at jacks which is a huge plus! The house is super well decorated and beds are comfortable. We love the hot tub as well! Everything is perfect! Highly recommended

We enjoyed this place for our kickoff to summer break. 3 adults, 6 kids; the place had plenty of space for all of us. The only thing that could've made it better would be for guest to somehow see how loud we are. Veronica did a great job communicating the expectations about noise ordinance but if you're not familiar with noise levels it might be hard to gage, especially with kids. Veronica had reach out to me on our first day but she was kind, respectful and responsive. I hope to book this place again.

Spacious, clean home with all the amenities! Only steps to the water. (The closest ocean view is a steep climb, you can walk a couple blocks to the sandy beach) Christina was incredibly friendly and responsive!

This home was super clean, was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, the hot tub was wonderful, and it was all very convenient to Santa Cruz coastal waterfront access.

Clean-clean-clean! Lots of attention to details & fully equipped with everything including the little details. Great yard & furniture. Close to most things in Santa Cruz & surrounding attractions. No, this does not have ocean views but you have everything without the ocean view price!
