Beautiful chic apartment in the heart of Madrid!

Beatriz’s place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the AC, and the building is quiet and very nice. The location of the flat is amazing, and there was lots to do within walking distance (during our stay we only used the metro a handful of times). One note- The hot plate does not heat up enough to boil water, which inhibited us from cooking as we planned, however, overall a wonderful flat. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We could not have picked a better place with a better host. The space was exactly how it was in the picture and absolutely perfect for us. The location was wonderful and the instructions were easy as well! Pablo was an amazing host that provided lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. I had a fabulous stay in apartment... just perfect.... so beautiful and beautifully decorated/furnished.... it was peaceful and quiet but within 10mins of everywhere I wanted to be on foot... great bars and restuarants nearby.. would definitely love to stay again...

Celia was extremely responsive and flexible. She gave very clear instructions. Property was pristine and perfect for what we were looking for; some rest after a festival! Would definitely recommend staying - nice cafes and restaurants in walking distance and a bit carrefour nearby.

We had a great time at this apartment. We were a party of three and the place felt very spacious and everything we needed. It was in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of Madrid’s tourist attractions, markets, restaurants, bars & cafes and only 5 minutes walk from a metro station. The apartment is on the third floor of a building on a car-free street so very quiet and the lift was a welcome feature. Gisela made checking in very easy and was very accommodating with our early arrival in Madrid. We had a fabulous time in Madrid and the apartment met our expectations and was perfect for our needs.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It’s really conveniently located in the centre of the city and is beautifully furnished. We had a bit of trouble entering on check in but the host was extremely responsive and helped immediately.

Convenient location and nice responsive host. Nice apartment with great amenities. As mentioned in other reviews, it can be noisy at night for light sleepers, and earplugs are provided. I will come back to stay here next time I travel to Madrid.

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

Spacious apartment in a great location.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

The apartment is very nice, very modern and very intimate, the only downside is that it's too modern... Duke is an excellent host.
