If you’re thinking of booking a nice place with the ocean view, BOOK IMMEDIATELY! Host is very friendly and responsive. Host also had small great details such as scented candles, slippers, lots of towels and blankets, hair dryers in both bathrooms aswell as shampoo & conditioner, an iron with a board, cotton swabs, cotton pads, a well stocked kitchen and a clean & beautiful place overall. Nice staff who checks credentials upon arrival which adds a great layer of security. Underground parking with remote so you can come & go as you please without having to wait for assistance. Nice furniture and very comfy couch and beds. Bathrooms were clean & fully stocked. The view was spectacular and the balcony was also beautiful. Place has AC & heater so it’s perfect for any season. Lots of cabinets and hangers in the closet so you can set out your clothes. We were about 15-20 minutes from downtown and the border crossing. I will definitely be staying here again. We were a family of 4. It was excellent because my children slept each in different rooms. We went to the appointment at the consulate. It's not far. We always moved in Uber. Paco was always attentive and in communication all the time. I give it 10/10. Of course, if I stay again, I would definitely stay there. The place is very quiet and the view is beautiful.

Excellent accommodation, very good place in front of the beach and with excellent views. The building's pools were at a good temperature and it was pleasant even though the weather was cold. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the apartment!! Highly recommended

Second time staying here. It's very quiet and safe. The Place is clean and spacious. Parking is great if you decide to park inside the gated spaces.

We booked this place so my wife could rest after eye surgery, and it was absolutely perfect for that kind of stay. The space felt open and comfortable, so we never felt cooped up even after two days of rest. The couch was a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful view of CECUT and the quieter side of Zona Rio. From the 9th floor, the view felt luxurious and peaceful. Checkin with the security guard was easy and straightforward. I never once felt confused about where to enter or how things worked. Despite construction happening on the upper floors, the unit was impressively quiet. It felt like a true getaway, not a party base like in Centro. The vibe was calm and restorative. Honestly, this is the first place I would absolutely book again. It just delivered on everything we needed. Also what a comfy bed! They really nailed it on comfort.

Very beautiful home, I would definitely recommend! The only thing is once you arrive don’t be discouraged on the road loading up to the gated community nor the scenery. Once you enter the gate it is well maintained, quiet, respectful, and has a private beach entrance for the community. The house is very clean and well kept up with. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book again.

Oh wow, the pictures do not do this place justice! First, the unit was spotless, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. You can tell Kevin & Kendra love and take great care of their space! The view was outstanding - nothing beats waking up to the ocean. The property was quiet (we traveled for NYE) and security was very helpful. Thanks again Kevin & Kendra. We will absolutely be back!

The place is very at ease and very quiet. The carport leaves you a lot of peace of mind and in case the place since you have your privacy. It is very nice and comfortable. You feel at home
