Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

We only stayed one night but the space was clean and the beds were comfortable. We found the place easily and were able to access it without any problem.

An absolutely perfect experience! 🌟 I'd love to give this place more than 5 stars, honestly it was great. From the first moment, communication with the host was impeccable: always attentive, super friendly and available to answer any questions instantly. You can really tell that he loves what he does and takes care of every detail to make your experience unforgettable! The house is just spectacular. Everything was spotless and as shown in the pictures. It has two spacious bathrooms, and a perfect air-conditioned room to relax, with a super comfortable sofa bed. We also used the dining table for 4 people as a game table on several occasions, which was a fun plus. The queen bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition, it has a grill, washer and dryer, which makes everything even more convenient. And I can't help but mention the beautiful pool... Having a garage available also gave us a lot of peace of mind. Very safe area!

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay at the place again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a shop and it serves meals in case you do not want to leave the place, you will find everything right there. The host was always on the lookout for everything to go well.

We stayed a week at the condo and we loved it. The location and view from the patio was perfect. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool. Our coffee pot broke and they brought us a new one. They responded quickly any time I reached out. The smart tvs were great and we had plenty of space for our stuff. If we go back to Cancun, we would stay here again.

the apartment is very nice (it matches 100% with the photographs), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we didn't have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and with the right temperature for swimming, in addition to having pleasant palapas for those who do not want to swim. And as for the attention received, it was very good, since they are always attentive to the needs and doubts that we have. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.
