Apartment holiday rentals in Playa Tortugas

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

The pictures do not do justice! It's a beautiful location, and the place is so peaceful. We probably had 3 Street vendors only. Comfy beds are a plus. There are vending machines and ice bags for sale. Just go to the OXXO and get some drinks. There is a cooler in the condo, and you can head to the beach. There is security 24 hours a day, and it's super close to restaurants and convenience stores. It's walking distance to Captain Hook, the Xcaret ferry, and the scenic tower.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

tout était parfait juste le lit de places etait trop petit, les nuits ont ete difficiles et les chaises ne sont pas en bon état sinon l'appartement était propre est conforme aux descriptions. très bonne communication avec Gaby. je reviendrai si je passe a cancun

Bueno: * Ubicacion, amenidades y utensilios en general * Proceso de llegada y salida muy ágil. * Tamaño de la habitación y habitabilidad (aunque la vista sea parcial al mar). * Comunicación con Diego y disposición para ayudar muy destacable! * En general, el estudio es lindo y cumple su función, la cama y almohadas son muy cómodas, se descansa de lo lindo! * Aplaudo mucho que sean 100% petfriendly! Gracias por mantenerse actuales y atender huéspedes con esta necesidad y gusto! Por mejorar: * Aire acondicionado no se puede regular * Agua caliente tarda en salir (se desperdicia mucha agua por ello) * Ruido del exterior en general (para personas sensibles, puede costarles dormir xq se escuchan los autos en la avenida y unos ventiladores que trabajan 24h). A mi no me afectó pero es algo a considerar. * La secadora, licuadora, estufa, refrigerador y a/c ya requieren mantenimiento o renovación. * La insistencia de vendedores * Costo de daypass o breafast pass es carísimo, no lo usé.

Gran lugar para quedarse, vecindario tranquilo, el departamento es cómodo y hay varios lugares cerca. La comunicación con Luis fue muy rápida y amable en todo momento.

Excelente lugar, muy céntrico y agradable, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente. Solo tal vez como comentario, falta una tv en la sala.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Lorena estuvo atenta en todo momento, las fotos coincidían perfecto al departamento, estuvimos muy cómodos fui con niños y todo estaba muy seguro eso me relajó , llegamos antes y Lorena fue muy accesible en el horario y nos dejó ingresar antes ,claro que regresaría !!!! todo muy bonito!!!! 😊

fueron como una familia siempre voy a estar muy agradecidos con ellos me trataron muy bien el papa de liora me trato como un hijo lo recomiendo ampliamento excelente calidad humana siempre los voy a recordar porque fue una experiencia muy linda haberme quedado en este departamento muchas bendiciones

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

El departamento está muy bien ubicado a pasos de muchos restaurantes, Oxxo, tiendas departamentales, es amplio y los guardias son muy amables.

Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Séjour d'une seule nuit avant le départ. Nous aurions aimer pouvoir en profiter +. Le logement correspondait à la description , je dirais même qu'il était plus grand , équipement nécessaire, accès à la plage à pied à 50m. Très bonne réactivité de notre host Karla, merci pour sa bienveillance et sa réactivité😉. Je conseille ce logement.

We loved this condo! We loved that we could walk to 2 restaurants just outside of the gates and a pharmacy /corner store. Just a walk across the street was a ferry dock and beach with bar that we loved as well. The security at the condo gates made us feel very safe and were always friendly and helpful even calling us a taxi. The condo itself was in a beautiful complex. pool with a dock at the back where our fishing charter picked us up. Inside the condo we noticed the water pressure was bad which caused one of the toilets to struggle to fully flush. There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen not so many that it was gross. They just happen in tropical climates. The water jugs were empty which meant we had to buy. All of the ACs worked great at night when sleeping! The place is not perfect but we loved the space. The couch was a little dirty and felt pretty worn out (I wouldn’t want to sleep on it). Host was amazing, always responsive, met us at condo when we landed to get us checked in

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.
