You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and amenities Host was always ready to answer our queries. Supermarket was a few steps down the street. Close to bus stops to the main city sights. Beach 3 blocks walking distance.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

The stay at the villa was magnificent. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly more beautiful there than in photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was impeccable and the stay was perfect.

Ana’s place is great. There are 60 steps to get to the place, but they are worth it, since the place is a piece of heaven. Great Host, many amenities around at walking distance, not mentioning the Beach right there. Very quiet and peaceful. I would come back again without any hesitation. Only missing thing is an oven in the kitchen !!

Location! Location! Location! Our family loved staying here for a quick beach get away. We chose Playa Pucol because it is away from the tourism and crowds of Valencia and could not have made a better choice. There are three restaurants within 30 meters. Even better, there is a great playground we could watch our daughter play from the patio of each restaurant. The drive into the Pucol town for groceries was easy. And, it was a 30 minute drive to the mountains for hiking and seeing the castle in Sagunto. This is a great place to stay!

It's been a magical weekend!! The loft is perfect for disconnecting. It is located in an uncrowded area, ideal for going to the beach, walking, etc. Angeles treated me exceptionally! I'll definitely repeat!!
