Muito bem localizado, apartamento limpo e organizado

Heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Diana. Snelle communicatie en een goede ontvangst door Carlos. Appartement is mooi en heel ruim, prachtig dakterras met uitzicht op zee. Prima ligging op 300 meter van het dichtstbijzijnde strand en supermarkt en eettentjes ook op een paar honderd meter.

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Super netter Kontakt mit einer extra Hilfe per Telefon. Unterkunft war absolut sauber und in sehr guter Lage. Städtische Probleme sind der Natur geschuldet und kann das Airbnb nichts für. Insbesondere die Terazza zum frühstücken und beisammen sitzen ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Gerne wieder!

У нас остались только самые приятные впечатления от квартиры. Так как мы были с маленьким ребенком, для нас было важно чтобы все находилось в пешей доступности и чтобы было тихо. Все это мы нашли там. Мы жили в тихом районе, никто нас не беспокоил, до моря можно было дойти за 5 минут, до супермаркета за 7. Это было идеально для нас. Квартира очень ухоженная, чистая и аккуратная. Было все необходимое, чтобы готовить еду. Так как мы приехали поздно ночью, хозяева заботливо оставили нам картофельный пирог, кексы, чай, кофе и чистую воду, что было очень кстати. Алехандро дал нам все необходимые инструкции накануне приезда, что помогло нам без проблем попасть в дом, подключить интернет и сориентироваться на местности. В его доме мы чувствовали себя как дома, нам было уютно и комфортно. Я от чистого сердца рекомендую этот дом. Если мы еще раз решим вернуться в Валенсию, то без сомнения выберем для проживания именно этот дом. Он лучший! Спасибо Алехандро и Люба за ваше гостипреимство!

A perfect place to stay for a luxury getaway at an affordable price. Also a great location with everything you want and need at a walking distance. Would recommend and would absolutely go back!

Un bellissimo soggiorno tra il mare e València che dista solo 20 minuti di macchina. L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione con vista mare, la cucina molto ben attrezzata praticamente nel mezzo ai 2 ristoranti sul lungomare. Siamo stati molto bene e ritorneremo volentieri

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Ein absoluter Traum für jeden Strandurlaub. Auch die Verbindung mit dem Bus nach Valencia ist hervorragend, so dass einem Städtetrip nichts im Wege steht. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Ernesto is what made AirBnb great in the beginning. An individual who loves people showing the utmost hospitality and welcoming guests into a temporary home in a new city. The location is absolutely perfect, and the apartment felt like home, filled with beautiful furnishings and decorations that have personal meaning for Ernesto and his family. I wish I could give six stars.

Graham’s place is a little gem, cosy and welcoming. The kitchen offers all the most important basics. In addition Graham left also the necessary cooking basics that are so helpful like olive oil, salt, drinking water and a bottle of welcoming wine! I most appreciated the coffee expresso machine already with some complementary capsules! A relief for the morning coffee drinkers! The beach and the surroundings are superb. The next door restaurant offers great local cuisine options. Thank you 🙏🏻

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

A very spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed apartment in a wonderful location. Host met us at the street door to greet us. Good local shops including a Lidl & a Mercardo. Opposite the old Colon Mercado ( with bars & restaurants) and easy walking to the old river and all the facilities. Nice vegetarian restaurant in the next street. Nearest Metro station at the end of the street is Colon with easy access to all other metro lines and airport.

Our recent stay at Edu's apartment was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home; the apartment exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its charming character far surpassed the already appealing photos. The location was incredibly convenient, placing us within easy walking distance of many key attractions, while simultaneously providing the peace and quiet of a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend Edu's apartment to anyone seeking comfortable and well-situated accommodation. Thank you again for your hospitality, Edu!

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
