Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

The house is fantastic for going with family or friends. It is very close to the center of Progreso but just where the esplanade ends, so it is very quiet and the beach is perfect and without people most of the time. Abisai is very kind and helps with everything you need. We had a great time ☺️👍🏻

An amazing property to spend a few days on vacation with the family. Our host responded almost immediately and was always attentive to us. The house is amazing and very spacious. Just a couple of photos need updating. It really is the perfect place to rest. There are pizzas within walking distance and a man who brings fresh seafood every day.

María Jose's place is very beautiful, comfortable, accessible for seniors, which was my main interest, the place is cool, spacious, it is a private area, so the space feels comfortable and safe. Thank you for the facilities and the attention.

Juan's house is a very pleasant and comforting place, quiet and safe. A fascinating view. A very suitable layout of the rooms. Highly recommended to enjoy a few days of rest. You want to spend a new year in that paradise.

I loved the attention we received via message at all times, the light went away and I loved that they had a quick solution, super friendly the hosts and the beautiful and quiet place for a family, Oxxo nearby and several places to visit no more than 30 mins 🤗 without a doubt when I return I would stay with them 10/10 the only thing we were traveling with a person of the 3rd age and the issue of going up to the rooms was complicated because on the staircase there is nothing to be able to stand, from there in that everything is beautiful 💗

Everything was excellent, the location and the beach are incredible.

Place is right on the beach, quite comfortable. Had everything we needed for the 5 days we stayed.

The accommodation was the same as it was in the photos, the area was very nice, pleasant and close to everything. We had a supermarket nearby that meant we didn't have to leave the house because we had everything. The house is very cozy and beautiful, it has a private pool and then there are all the amenities that are also super nice. It is ideal to be with family and friends because it is spacious and has everything. Edgar, the host, is super friendly and is always very attentive to making sure nothing is needed and above all he is super attentive to every detail. That makes you feel at home. I loved it and I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, the view does not do justice to the photos shown, it is a thousand times more beautiful, the use of paddle board and kayak makes the experience more complex, I would definitely return 100/10

Great place to stay. Good value for the price. As a family with 3 young kids, this place was great for the pool and beach. The inside is not fancy but functional, outdoors definitely makes up for it. All three bedrooms have AC that work great. Tip: Uber eats shows that only one or two places deliver but if you look up restaurants close by, you can message them directly and they’ll deliver to the house. Overall good place!

Helena was always very Quick respond to all our needs and concerns , and having the Caretakers Juan and Ginny living on the entrance to the property was quite convenient,they were a very nice couple and also very helpful to us, even though they were on the property they were still about .4 km from the main house, great beach for long walks, I think it’s also a must to rent a car if staying more than a week even though public transportation is available into progreso etc.English is a little less spoken in this area however the locals are very welcoming. A little difficult if your a golfer most courses in the Mérida area are private,but you can book at La Ceiba at a premium price.I would highly recommend the property and this area of the Yucatán

loved the penthouse, great view overlooking the massive, expansive pool and grounds. good to catch the morning sun. the condo is spacious and very cool to be in. great breeze can be let in. easy access with elevator. I'd go there again.

We had a really nice time in Progreso. The house is beautiful with the private beach and everything is as described. Alejandrina was really helpful and nice. Very close to the accommodation is a big construction site. But there wasn’t much noice and we weren’t bothered. We would definitely stay again.

The place has an excellent oceanfront location, it is definitely a very peaceful place to spend with family. We did not have any inconvenience during our stay. I would just add that they don't have a lot of privacy because it is wing of another house and there is no division. We were lucky that we were alone for two nights and were able to enjoy the tranquility and privacy. The house has an excellent ocean view, is very well equipped and the manager was very kind all the time. Only the bathrooms need a little more attention as they were a little dusty and neglected. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I really hate to leave this review for selfish reasons because Galeon was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, exactly as pictured, helpful host, amazing service from their help, this stay was amazing. We cannot wait to come back someday. Beautiful home, thank you for sharing with us 🙏🏼

I think a large family could make better use of the space, considering the number of hammocks in the house.

We were looking for a place that was off the beaten path, on the beach, with large pool, peaceful, quiet and not filled with tourists. Manuels place more than exceeded our expectations and hopes. It was very cleaned and we had everything that we needed. It was great to have a W/D. We were there from the end of January to the middle of March and it was low season so we had the entire apartment complex, pools, exercise room etc all to ourselves most of the time. The 3 swimming pools were very well maintained and very clean. One of the pools was 90 feet long which made for perfect lap swimming which we did everyday! The beach was great with so many shells and you could walk in either direction for miles. Expect seaweed to be washed up on the beach daily. There was an excellent, very well equipped exercise room. Manuel was always very responsive when messaged. The grounds were beautiful and everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. You will need a car.
