Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Playa Punta Uva

We had such a great stay here! The space is lovely and the surroundings felt so peaceful. Meg was a great host and would recommend!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our two night stay. The location is secluded away from the hassle and bustle of Puerto Viejo but close where you can take a Tuk Tuk or bike ride (easy to rent nearby) to the center. Playa Chiquita is the closest beach but you can also visit Cocles and Punta Uva (our fave). The Airbnb has all the amenities you need and the host, Stephanie, was very responsive. We hope to return to this hidden oasis soon!

Wonderful place to stay in Puerto viejo. Everything is in walking distance and the cahuita national park and manzanillo Refugio are just 20-30min by car. Our host was very nice and reacted very quickly and relaxed when we locked us out one time 😅 I can only recommend this place to everyone wanting to stay in the area.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Grünen mit toller Aussicht in die Natur. Die Faultier und Affen konnten wir von der Terasse aus beobachten. Es ist ruhig, sicher und alle Ziele in Puerto Viejo sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei Fragen gibt es auch eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die schöne Terasse und die praktische Küche. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie nach Hause kommen. Wir können die Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Puerto Viejo nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen. We loved the house and the garden. Staying in the middle of the jungle is magical. If you are looking for a silent place, this isn’t the one cause the monkeys, roosters, dogs and birds will wake you up very early but if you are looking for a jungle experience this is it! The house is super clean and beautiful, full of butterflies and beautiful animals that come to visit .

First time in Costa Rica, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was attentive, and the beach house was more than expected. The private beach was less than 2min away, and breathtaking. The included breakfast was disappointing at first: fruits, bread, butter and jelly, but it was filling. I loved the guava jelly, and my boyfriend enjoyed the fruit. I would recommend this to anyone looking for privacy, tranquility, and nature. Best place to stay on the Caribbean coast.

Erin and her husband are incredibly warm and welcoming people who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house is beautifully laid out, especially for a family with young children and perhaps grandparents as well. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are conveniently located close together on the lower level, and there is another bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs. There are two spacious terraces — one on the ground floor and one upstairs — perfect for doing yoga or meditation while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool and house offer complete privacy, which made our stay feel truly relaxing and secluded. At the same time, it’s reassuring to know that Erinn and her husband live nearby, always available to help or offer great local tips. Both are incredibly kind and helpful. The pool is fantastic — you can keep an eye on the kids. We felt incredibly comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Erinn and her husband. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Maria is een lieve vrouw met hart voor de natuur, haar mooie tuin vol bloemen en haar gezellige knusse huis en airbnb. Ze helpt graag om te zorgen dat je een heerlijk verblijf hebt maar respecteert ook je privacy. Je merkt aan alles dat Maria oog heeft voor authentieke gezelligheid. Vraag haar gerust om tips voor restaurants of activiteiten!

Nos gustó mucho la casa, el anfitrión desde el dia q lo cantacte me ayudo con todas las dudas y estuvo atento en todo momento! Las habitaciones estan bien acondicionadas, los baños son amplios... Espero volver!

Excelente alojamiento para descansar luego de un día de playa. Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Si lo que buscan es un lugar confortable, espacioso y tranquilo este es el ideal. Volveríamos sin dudarlo, ya que el Caribe nos encanta. 🫶🏻 Muchas gracias Annette y Eugene. 🌻

Muy agradecidos con Andrés, súper atento y cordial. Respondió inmediatamente todas nuestras dudas y tuvo toda la disposición de ayudarnos en lo que requerimos. El alojamiento es precioso, mucho más hermoso que en las fotos, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y relajada en el Caribe Sur. La casa es de fácil acceso, rodeada de naturaleza, la decoración súper linda. Definitivamente volveremos.

Troy's Casa ♡ ein magischer Ort !! Inmitten eines mit viel Liebe zur Natur, angelegter Garten. Von der Terrasse aus kann man eine ganze Menge Tiere beobachten und ist perfekt um in der Hängematte zu entspannen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Ganz nah zum Strand , Bars und Restaurants. Troy war für uns ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht , wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen .Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...Danke Troy !
