Punta Banco may just be the most beautiful beach in all of Costa Rica, which is saying a lot. It is a surf paradise, with easy access to one of the best left point breaks in the world (5km to Pavones Surf Break). Casa Palma is directly in front of the ocean with an abundance of uncrowded local surf breaks, tide pools, water falls and endless miles of untouched beaches.

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
