The room and location was great. Communication was fluid and helpful. Matías’s place was perfect for easy access to beach and all the great shops and restaurants on the Island. The pool option provided that extra cool down when returning from an afternoon adventure. What's wild is that's it near the action but the area is pretty quiet. So you get best of many worlds. The staff was very helpful and hard working. All my questions were answered very quickly. If you have never been to the island this is a great place to start. This was our second time to the island and we loved this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. (( for food people --Luuma is very close ( wow place) and breakfast close by is Painapol. <--- Fruit bowls and everything on menu....mmmm. mmm.The music at night walking around and every restaurant we went to was magnificent and so so tasty. Again, Great place. Great people. divine beaches. Magic abound. Hope you get the chance experience it all

Staying here has been an incredible experience. The house is right on the beach with a crystal clear infinity pool overlooking the sand. There are many unique features in the living areas, including a mahogany dining table, marble countertops, sinks carved from marble, spacious living room and kitchen. The architecture is amazing, including a glass bridge to the upper bedroom and tall ceilings that allow palm trees to grow within the three story home. An outdoor dining space with a palapa roof and surrounded by palm trees allowed us to eat many meals outdoors. The staff provided delicious meals on request with fresh ingredients and local recipes. We walked the beach outside our door to see magnificent sunsets. This is a house full of magic!

La Casa De Mia was absolutely beautiful! I LOVED my room - spacious, cool, well designed. The garden in the middle of the property was beautiful. The pool appeared to be off-limited during the time I was there, which I wish had been better communicated, but honestly a very small thing. Everything otherwise was great and I'd happily stay there again.

My flight arrived later than expected, I missed my shuttle and had to reschedule another, didn’t realize Isla Holbox ferry was almost 3 Hours away from Cancun airport, Saira was accommodating as I arrived several hours later, A Lovely woman was there to meet me and show me to my room, 3rd floor walk up, but What a VIEW ❣️ The room was much bigger than I expected, Very nice, Clean, I slept in the hammock and Cooked in the Full size eat in kitchen produce market is NEXT door❣️ it’s not far from Ferry but you need a taxi with suit cases on a sandy road, it’s about 5 to 6 small Island blocks away from the Center of town and the Main Beach, I Walked and Biked back and forth, it’s just outside of the downtown area kind quiet, tucked away, Four starish restaurants on the corner, Traditional Southern Mexican cuisine close by as well as supermarkets and farms produce, I didn’t need for anything neighbors were Quiet, staff is Extremely Friendly and Helpful, I highly recommend

Kelli was an amazing host, and the accommodation was beyond beautiful. it was such a peaceful place to spend a few weeks. I would highly recommend Casa Mar to anyone looking to visit Holbox. skip the resorts and stay at this beautiful bnb. We had everything we needed, from the fruiteria on the next block, to the gourmet restaurant (think 5 stars) right at the corner. We ate like kings! some of pur days were spent at the nearby white sand beaches, while others were spent lazily reading in one of the many hammocks on the property. Our apartment was cleaned regularly, and we were given plenty of water to drink and more fresh towels and linens thanxwe could have needed. Casa Mar lacked nothing!! Go have the best time at this gem of a spot.
