Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Playa Fortuna

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Juan. Mariano was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond. The home was clean, very comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we could need. My husband and I traveled with our 22 month year old daughter and it was the perfect setup for us. Mariano provided a pack and play, high chair, stroller, baby/toddler pool floats, beach toys, wagon/umbrella/gear/cooler for the beach, etc. It was so nice to not have to travel with those items and we were very impressed with the quality of everything provided. The real highlight for us was the wonderful private patio & pool - it was a perfect size for us to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The location is ideal - 1 block to the beach, a few blocks to tons of restaurants, a 15 min drive to Old San Juan or the Airport, and a 45 min drive to El Yunque. This Airbnb far exceeded my expecations - book it ASAP.

Great place to stay. Private & felt very safe. Everything was clean. Appreciated the proactive bug deterrent inside as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in Luquillo, this was near the end of our trip and our jumping off point to visit El Yunque National Forest. First, I'm very grateful for the washing and drying machine. It worked great and it felt good to get back into some clean clothes. The beach is right on property and a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants near by and a fun nightlife. The apartment was great, good shower and a spectacular view especially in the morning. My only suggestion to the host is the bed mattress could use an upgrade.

I try to stay here every time I go to Luquillo. Great location, very clean, hast everything you need, quiet area, and great hostess.

Vilma was a wonderful host. She was helpful and responsive. The place was perfect for our staycation. We were able to check in early and even extended a day without any issue. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet location but close to many attractions.

This property was beautiful! Looked just like the description. Upon arrival, the apartment was spotless and there were no issues with checking-in. There are a few restaurants that are in walking distance, but otherwise, you need a rental. I would absolutely stay here again! The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place!

I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

The photos in the listing do not do this place justice. The view from the patio/terrace is truly breathtaking. The inside is okay, kind of dreary and could use a paint job, but the insane view makes this place a destination in itself. Felipe has a special piece of property perfectly situated looking into a big valley of the lush rain forest. Seriously we changed plans and chose to spend more time at the Airbnb just to enjoy sitting on that patio with the view. If you want to feel like you’re in nature and a little isolated come here. It is stunning.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

Hacienda Azucena is a true paradise with breathtaking views. The photos simply don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Our family had a wonderful time, and Carmen was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a brief power issue, but Carmen resolved it immediately. Overall, our stay was extremely pleasant, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Had a great stay here and would love to come back someday. Beautiful rooftop view. We also really enjoyed the lush tropical forest from the terrace. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Mary was responsive and a joy to work with. Only suggestions would be a few additions to the kitchen: larger coffee maker, a whisk, and cocktail shaker 🙂

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

Eric was very responsive and helpful. He was on top of sending me the check in instructions and check out instructions. The Airbnb itself is beautiful and perfect for a couple of days. The private beach access closes at 6pm which was inconvenient but that is my only complaint as we had to walk all the way around. It’s a good spot if you plan on visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Safe area and people are really nice.

Fantastic place, location, and beach! The unit had everything and more. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 6. The place was lovely, perfect patio, rooms were intact, kitchen was organized, perfect sized bathrooms. We felt super safe and secured. There is a security guard 24 hours of the day and you can’t get in or out without the gate beeper. The beach right outside of the condominiums was just so beautiful and calm.. it is perfect for children and couples. We had running water and no issues. AC was great! The unit also had additional things. I definitely see myself renting here again. Stores and restaurants are all very close. I definitely recommend.

This Airbnb is deceiving from the outside. After going through a car gate and two rusty door gates you start thinking uh oh.. then you open both locks to the Airbnb door and you are welcomed with beautiful tile, a clean and modernize unit. We had a great stay! It is so close to the kiosks and Luquillo beach and a short drive away from Fajardo for snorkeling and khaki tours & Ceiba for ferries. Couple of breakfast places near by with great coffee, breakfast and pastries!!

Gabriel’s place was a perfect spot for a quick escape. I love the properties I’ve rented at Playa Azul 1. The staff is always super friendly. The grounds are always well-maintained. We love Luquillo Beach. The ability to flex between beach and pool is the best. The view from the balcony is😚. Regardless of any concern I may have had while there, Gabriel would respond within minutes and provide solutions. Remember your host is there to make you feel at home! Just remember, you are not home. Please be kind to our island and its inhabitants and they will return to you the same kindness 🙏🏼 Gabriel has everything you need for your beach escape I counted 4 beach chairs & towels, a family size cooler, a caddy to taxi all your items to the beach, some kids toys for the beach. For me I keep a small collapsible cooler. Park your chairs under the beautiful palm tree like the locals or pickup an🏖️ Grab AM grub at La Diferencia or Simple Food and don’t miss Kiosko El Boricua in Piñones anytime?

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
