Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa del Matorral

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige, neue und gut durchdachte Einrichtung. Die große Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool ist toll konzipiert, sodass sie für andere nicht einsehbar ist und man Privatsphäre hat, außerdem ist die Aussicht aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die Stadt wirklich schön! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und aus den Schlafzimmern kann man ebenfalls direkt das Wasser sehen. Die Disco hat uns nicht gestört, war kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung liegt in einem abgeschlossenen Wohnkomplex, was ein sicheres Gefühl vermittelt. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen Supermarkt und viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafes und den Strand (!) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Ort bietet einiges, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Borge und Dina sind tolle Gastgeber! Super freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sofort. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Veronica war wirklich einfach nur super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Fragen oder Problemen als das Wasser aufgrund der Baustelle nicht mehr funktionierte hatte, konnte uns super schnell weitergeholfen werden. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen:)

Die Wohnung war sauber und für unseren Geschmack auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Kein unnötiger Schnickschnack. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos stimmen genau mit dem tatsächlichen Aussehen überein. Die Chat-Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr gut. Die Check-In-Zeit konnte kurzfristig auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Eine zweite Liege auf der Dachterrasse wäre klasse gewesen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und schön, ebenso die gesamte Anlage. Top gepflegte Gartenanlage. Super Internet/WLAN Verbindung. Insgesamt ein rundes Bild und sehr empfehlenswert.

Heel mooi verblijf, zeer comfortabel. Jammer dat er op wandelafstand niet zo veel te doen was.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et impeccable niveau propreté. Le penthouse avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre, et les transats sont idéals pour bronzer au soleil. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et chaleureux du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and stocked with everything needed for an easy stay. Located centrally, making El Cotillo or Dune beaches a short drive away. Damjana was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again soon.

the place is breathtaking, the interior design elements are very well chosen. it is perfectly clean and super calm. the airport is only 5-7 mins from here, so perfect ending for a Canarian roundtrip.

Very beautiful and spacious and discrete apartment with a stunning view of the ocean! Despite of it being located centrally, the environment was pretty peaceful and quiet especially during the night. It should be noted that the place has a fully functional AC and a ceiling ventilation in the bedroom. There are limited parking options near the direct vicinity of the apartment. However, there are multiple free parking spots within 5 minutes of walk, so we never had an issue. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets close by. We highly recommend and definitely would stay there again, if visiting gran tarajal!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le logement de Giovanni où nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. La villa était parfaite, tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour nous détendre était là, tout en étant bien située, avec des jolis coins à proximité. Un grand merci à Giovanni pour tout!! Nous avons passés une super semaine en famille La maison ressemble exactement aux photos, propre, rangée, et le jacuzzi apporte la touche finale qui permet de se reposer après une journée sur l’île. L’endroit est très calme et il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison. Elle est bien située pour partir vers le sud de l’île où le centre. Jose a été très agréable, serviable et s’est montré très réactif à toutes nos questions/demandes. Je recommande ce lieu sans hésiter

Maison fidèle à la description dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons apprécié l’architecture de la maison autour du patio et l’environnement. Très bon accueil avec des conseils adaptés à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Monica.

We had an amazing time at Villa Elena! Every day felt like waking up in a little paradise, surrounded by beautiful plants and birds — and of course, the stunning view of the volcanoes. We felt completely at home in the lovely house and the warm atmosphere of Lajares. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon. Thank you so much!

Fabulous villa with beautiful sea views, very comfortable and well appointed. Outside space is exceptional with bbq and lots of seating. In a quiet location, with a well stocked supermarket nearby and great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The host Pablo was a joy to deal with, utterly charming and responsive, greeted us on arrival. Our first experience of an Airbnb property overseas and definitely won’t be our last! Would highly recommend.

Juanfra ha sido el anfitrión perfecto: siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitásemos durante nuestra estancia y cuidando cada detalle. Desde el mismo momento en el que formalizamos la reserva, se comunicó con nosotros para poder adaptarse a nuestras necesidades y estuvo localizable durante nuestra visita a Fuerteventura para ayudarnos con lo que nos pidiera surgir. La casita es muy acogedora y es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Con una terracita para disfrutar de la piscina y la barbacoa. la cama es súper cómoda y la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para poder usarla. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está en la capital, y en un barrio alejado del ajetreo, muy tranquilo, seguro, sin ruidos para poder descansar. Se aparca en la calle Sin problema. Sin duda, es un alojamiento al que volveríamos si viditásemos de nuevo la isla y que también recomendamos a cualquier viajero que se deje caer por tierras majoreras.

Our experience with Pablo, Nina and our stay at Villa Minea was outstanding ! From the start Pablo was quick to reply, generous in sharing information and answering any questions we had, and flexible when we wanted to add two more guests to our booking. Pablo has put much time and care into collecting recommended places to visit including restaurants and beaches that can be added to your google maps easily with the click of a button, so we had a feel of the area and places we would like to visit before arriving. Villa Minea was a dream to stay at, spacious, peaceful, respectful, clean, well equipped, the closest beach minutes away on foot. We were so happy to have a visit from Nina on the day of my mother's birthday gifting her a bottle of fizz, and also offering to book us a table for dinner at the close of our holiday ! Such thoughtful touches. Everything flowed with ease, friendliness and professionalism from start to end, and we would be back in a heart beat, highly recommend !

Alessia's place is nothing short of amazing! It looks even better in reality, spacious, clean and has absolutely everything you need for longer stays. Alessia was a great host, very friendly and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We definitely recommend it and would definitely choose it again. :)

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! I have now lived in 2 out of the 3 apartments next to each other and they were both great. David was very open minded and happy to help with any concerns or glassware requests of ours at a very swiftly manner. The location is 10/10 and perfect if you (like me) prefer to tan at your own crib instead of the beach! Almost don’t want to be too positive on here as I don’t want it to be sold out for my next visit 🙈 Oh also, let’s be honest, the true gem was the little landlord doggo, the highlight of my trip 100% 🐶🐾 Will be back!!

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die alles bietet was man braucht. Wir waren mit unserer 11 Monate alten Tochter dort und waren rundum zufrieden. Unsere Highlights: Ruhe, Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten, Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber, Ausstattung wie Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, barrierefreier Zugang, Pool und Baustelle gegenüber (was für unsere Tochter natürlich ein Highlight war und uns aich zu keinem Zeitpunkt gestört hst). Gerne wieder!

The place of Cristina and Conrado was stunning! The apartment was a paradise and the only ugly thing is when you have to leave it! The location is great since is located in the middle of the eastern coast of the island. Very close also to super stores and the airport which of course can cause sometimes to hear the planes but is just a quick thing. Can only reccomend!

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

E apartamento se encuentra en un zona residencial muy tranquila y ubicado cerca de Playa Dorada. El apartamento esta completamente equipado con todo lo que hace falta para vivir comodamente en el. La limpieza es lo que mas me ha llamado la atencion. No lejos de restaurantes. Muy cerca del apartamento se encuentra un Aldi donde encuentra uno de todo. En el Pueblo de Playa Blanca hay naturalmente toda clase de tiendas. En Lanzarote hay que alquilar un coche para moverse por la isla. Parking delante del apartamento hay siempre. Luis Miguel siempre muy atento y sobre todo te contesta a cualquier pregunta muy rapido. El check-in de lo mas facil. Recomiendo este apartamento para todos los aquellos que valoren la limpieza, un bonito apartamento, tranquilo y bien equipado. Sus dos terrazas son fantasticas.

Eravamo due amiche e ci siamo trovate come a casa! Descrizione e foto corrispondevano perfettamente all’alloggio, abbiamo trovato adorabile la veranda e il bagno era perfettamente in ordine. A due passi da El Charco e dal centro città questo all’alloggio offre anche ottima posizione per spostarsi sia a nord che a sud dell’isola. Ringraziamo infinitamente Tamara, sperando di essere state delle ospiti brave e attente come lei lo è stata nei nostri confronti.

Always a joy to be back at Eduardo’s apartment. The location is fantastic and the apartment has everything one could wish for to cook and have a fantastic stay. The terrace is beautiful and sun/wind protected so you can spend time outside even if it’s a bit windy. Eduardo and his family are wonderfull and kind hosts. Super highly recommended and looking forward to coming back soon!
