Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa del Albir

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo fue perfecto!!! , Anne nos atendió en todo momento , fue rápida en su comunicación con nosotros , atenta y amable , la casa era una preciosidad , limpia , acogedora y bonita , sobre todo me gustó que tuviese aires acondicionados en cada habitación , la piscina al lado de la barbacoa también me gustó mucho , y al estar en una zona de montaña se respiraba aire puro , volvería sin dudarlo , gracias Anne por estos 2 días que nos has alquilado tu casa !

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

We are a family of 4 and stayed 8 nights in this adorable villa, a super private location, with a pool, terrace, and balcony. We all had a fabulous time and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool, so much so that they preferred it to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk away. The location is lovely, right beside a quaint tree-sheltered park that leads you to a traditional family Tapas restaurant, outside seating, brilliant prices, and fresh and delicious food, the paella is insanely good, as was the fresh squid, anchovies, mussels & clams. It is a tranquil area, set back from the busy tourist strip, perfect for just chilling with the family. Now, our host was amazing, he completely prepared us for our arrival and was in immediate contact whenever needed. We couldn't fault him or his hospitality, as we hope we have made a new friend. This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

La estancia en este alojamiento fue maravillosa. Todo coincidía exactamente con las fotos: muy limpio, todo nuevo, perfectamente decorado y con una ubicación inmejorable. La limpieza era impecable, no faltaba ningún detalle. El trato por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre amable y atento. Ha superado mis expectativas, repetiría sin dudarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El piso está recién reformado y es muy cómodo y práctico.

Great communication from Marta and Santiago. Apartment was immaculate, clean and fresh. Very generous amount of coffee pods, water, cold drinks plus a bottle of wine. Bed was really comfortable and air con very efficient. Hosts were extremely helpful in offering us to leave luggage after check-out and also helping us find the diverted route for the airport bus (big festival so usual bus route had changed). For a little casual bar / restaurant- we liked Trisurco at the far end of the beach. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Alicante.

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

Parfait de bout en bout. Accueil chaleureux et secourable, lorsqu'il s'est agit de communiquer avec le chauffeur de la navette qui m'amenait de l'aéroport, Raquel a enregistré un message en espagnol que j'ai pu lui faire écouter pour qu'il me dépose au bon endroit.

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung an exzellenter Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, dabei wurde an alle Details gedacht, die es dem Gast einfacher machen. Penélope ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, die Aufenthalte der Gäste durchdacht organisiert und leicht erreichbar ist.

Realmente un placer estar en el bello depto de María! Muy cerquita de la playa y con piscina! En el depto había de todo. Muy bien ubicado. Con gusto volveremos.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Mooi appartement met ruim bed, groot balkon en prima omgeving met alles op redelijke loopafstand en nabij busstation. Enige minpuntje is dat ik dit appartement geboekt had om de sportschool in het gebouw. Helaas kon ik geen gebruik maken hiervan omdat ik de sleutel niet kreeg.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Nous recommandons l'appartement de Carmen, c'est une hôte très réactive, aimable et amicale par message. Merci beaucoup pour la bouteille de vin ! L'appartement est super bien placé au centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Le bus C6 pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport est à seulement quelques mètres, sur la place de los Luceros, sauf durant les feux de joie de la Saint-Jean, où il se prend sur le port. Le tram aussi se trouve à Luceros, c'est très pratique pour aller à la plage de San Juan par exemple. Si vous souhaitez participer à cette fête, il est idéalement situé car il y a des animations sur cette place ainsi que dans l'avenue Frederico Soto, au pied de l'immeuble, avec de la musique. Il y a de nombreux commerces, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, ainsi que le port. L'appartement est propre, très pratique, bien équipé et conforme à la description. La vue sur le port et la ville est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci beaucoup !
