Olvídate de las preocupaciones en este gran alojamiento: ¡es un oasis de tranquilidad! Junto a la playa. Residencial con amplias zonas verdes, piscina (en temporada de verano) y pista de pádel. Apartamento con una amplia terraza orientada al amanecer. Muy soleado en invierno. Con inmejorables vistas, donde disfrutar del estupendo clima de Rota. Lugar tranquilo para trabajar. Playa a 4 min., Pinar de la Almadraba a 5 min. Centro urbano: línea de autobús con parada en la puerta de la urbanización.

APARTAMENTO "LAS 3 TERRAZAS"

El Apartamento es muy acogedor, tiene el espacio suficiente para tenerlo todo ordenado. Es luminoso y tranquilo. Las 3 terrazas son USO PRIVADO con vistas a la Catedral de Cádiz y al mar, están en el piso de arriba y a ellas se puede subir por las escaleras o el ascensor. Está cerca de todo, mercado, museos, playas, el muelle, donde poder coger barcos que te llevarán a Rota y al Pto de Santa María. Conexiones con autobuses urbanos. La estación de trenes y de autobuses está a 5 minutos andando.

Hay sendero peatonal entre pinares y carril bici que lleva al centro de Rota (a 2km).
