Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de la Arena

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

The apartment was great. Superior cleaning services was used. The amenities coverage is great, it has everything from toaster and dishwasher to the additional towels and drying rack. Some of the appliances are not top level and expensive, but everything of a good quality and functioning and clean! The only thing to mention is that balcony/terrace is dedicated to you, but is not privately connected to the apartment. It is not public-public area - the area of the apartment building, but the path goes through the pathway of the neighbors. So you need to wear more clothes and lock the apartment when plan to spend a lot of time on the terrace. Overall experience was great, the views and location, the host service and communication are on the best level! This was our second time in this city - it is adorable, calm and relaxing.

Apartment was big and had everything we needed. From abundance of towels and kitchen equipment to amazingly comfortable beds. Super clean and Martyna was available to answer our questions and quickly fixed a small issue we had with the shower. The balcony was big and the tv and other appliances were fantastic.

Die Wohnung und die damit verbundene Anlage (Las Mimomas) sind toll - mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer und einem Pool zum Entspannen. Der Garten und Pool sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Es gab sogar eine Toiletten Anlage direkt beim Pool. Die Wohnung hat allen erdenklichen Komfort und ist gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber, hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Das Tipsy gleich nebenan war ein weiteres Highlight. Sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Schade war, dass der Harbour Club in der Nähe jeden Abend laute Live Musik hat, sodass man die Abendstimmung auf der Terrasse nur bedingt geniessen kann. Und wir hatten leider rundherum etwas Baulärm. Ansonsten konnten wir aber die Seele baumeln lassen und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Thanks for a wonderful stay - definitely recommended! We really enjoyed our stay at Andrés beautiful apartment. The highlight was the huge terrace with a great view onto the ocean and pool (not heated). The apartment is clean, the location is great for exploring the island and Andrés even provided a high chair and baby cot. The parking in the connected parking lot was very convenient. Particularly remarkable was Andrés ' super fast response time. The only downside in contrast of the otherwise great equipment provided (but noticeable every day several times unfortunately) is that there are only four utensils of any kind which means that within one day one has to clean dishes sometimes several times which is not only easily solvable, but also more environmental and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alcalá. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, away from the main tourist crowds, which was a big plus for us. There's a playground nearby and a lovely promenade with small beaches of black sand – perfect for walks and swimming. The apartment itself is bright and cozy, with a nice balcony where we spent a lot of time relaxing. It felt welcoming and was well equipped. There were some minor signs of wear, like a squeaky little table, but nothing that affected our stay in any meaningful way. We'd be happy to come back!

Perfect sanctuary for solo holiday to this beautiful island. I loved being on the western side of the island, easy to transport to great hiking, small colorful towns and diverse beaches. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. I would totally recommend.

Logement très propre, très complet niveau matériel de cuisine etc. Hôtes très présent, réactif et bienveillant en cas de soucis. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Berg mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und hinten raus, drohnt der Vulkan. Die Finka ist in einem Sauberen Zustand wo man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Der Paradiese Garten, welcher zum Teil mit genutzt werden kann ist auf jedenfall sehenswert. Wir hatten hier eine richtig schöne Zeit und Kommen auf jedenfall wieder:)

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Three relaxing nights at the end of our trip. We didn't have amazing weather to make the most of the terrace, but loved sitting in the living room window looking out to sea. The outdoor shower was amazing, loved it! The inside was more spacious than we were expecting, the layout was great and the restoration of this home really impressive. We weren't expecting the main road in front of property to be so busy, however the sound of the sea mostly masked the noise of the traffic.

La casa era muy bonita✨, tal cual se ve en las fotos, además olía muy bien, estaba todo muy limpio y teníamos muchas toallas, mantas y detalles como comida bebidas etc que son muy útiles y se agradecen mucho! La anfitriona era muy agradable y muy atenta siempre a tu disposición , hemos estado muy agusto y volvería a repetir 😊👍🏼

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. (+ d’une semaine) Roberto nous a accueilli avec le sourire ! Le logement se trouve à un point stratégique pour visiter l’île, en compagnie du petit chat qui est très câlin. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de l’extérieur à cause de la météo. Le parking est un vrai + ! Nous recommandons ce logement pour votre séjour à Tenerife.

De todos los airbnb en los que nos hemos alojado, este, sin duda, ha sido nuestro favorito. Los anfitriones han sido súper atentos y amables con nosotros; les pedimos una silla de playa para mi madre, puesto que tiene problemas de cadera y además de prestárnosla, nos dejaron también una sombrilla y toallas para la playa. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario. También a destacar que uno de los días que volvimos por la noche, el marido de Candelaria que estaba aparcado enfrente de la casa, nos cedió el sitio y aparcó su coche en otra zona. Y he de añadir que para los amantes del dulce, los anfitriones nos dejaron unos Twix para picotear 😋

Eine super Unterkunft mit beheiztem Pool und Jacuzzi. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben promt reagiert als z.B. der Seifenspender runtergefallen ist und ihn ausgetauscht. Auf dem Gelände gibt es mehrere Wohnungen wobei dies aber überhaupt nicht störend ist und man gerade den Pool und Jacuzzi meistens für sich selber hat. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer.

Magnifique séjour dans une villa parfaite, avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan, le Teide et les falaises de Los Gigantes. La maison est super propre, bien équipée et spacieuse. Et la piscine à débordement ajoute une touche de paradis. Sans parler du calme qui règne… L’emplacement dans la petite ville d’Alcala est parfait comme point de départ pour diverses excursions (Teide, Masca, etc). Nous reviendrons, c’est certain ! NB : merci à Miguel pour son accueil chaleureux !

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of Los Gigantes. It is very spacious, bright, clean and modern. We felt very at home here and especially liked the big comfy sofa and bed. Lovely balcony and roof terrace with loungers. Fantastic restaurants in Los Gigantes and we found it a very friendly town. Claire is also very friendly, kind and helpful.

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

WOW WOW WOW Pascale and Koen’s Airbnb is an ABSOLUTE GEM! The apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and just a short drive to the coast with shops and attractions nearby. You’ll probably want a car, but Pascale is happy to help with taxis — she’s a truly wonderful host! Not sure what a past guest was complaining about — checkout is clearly listed as 9am to allow for cleaning before the next guests. That said, Pascale is incredibly kind and flexible when she can be (which she was with us). We didn’t hear a thing from the upstairs house — total tranquillity. If there was ever a party, I’m sure we’d have been invited! Pascale and Koen even invited us for a drink — they’re the loveliest, most genuine people. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, fully equipped, and has its own private pool — perfect for summer! Cooler than the coast, which is ideal in peak heat. This is a quiet, hidden treasure in Arona. We absolutely LOVED our stay — book it now! JUST BRILLIANT!
