Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa de la Arena

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

A perfect home away from home! We had an amazing 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Tenerife. It was cosy, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The location is ideal: in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to both the city center and the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace with a very nice view of the bay — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Lea was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and attentive to every little detail. From helpful recommendations to small touches in the apartment, her hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more special. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tenerife!

Logement idéal pour un couple. Tout est parfait, très cosy et super calme. Nous hésitions entre Los Gigantes et Las Americas et nous n'avons pas regretté. La vue depuis le balcon est vraiment a coupé le souffle. Canapé super confortable avec vue sur l'océan et les falaises. Le soleil sur le balcon arrive à partir de 11h environ jusqu'au couché du soleil ☀️. Magnifique! Cette vue va nous manquer. Super facile pour se garer, tout est gratuit sur toute l'île quasiment. L'appartement est plutôt frais malgré qu'il n'y ai pas la climatisation. Je recommande à 200%

Świetna lokalizacja tuż przy plaży, w okolicy market, sklepy z pamiątkami i restauracje, kawałek dalej Los Gigantes. Apartament czysty i przestronny, wewnątrz znajdowało się wszystko czego potrzeba. Nasz pobyt był bardzo komfortowy, jesteśmy zadowoleni!

Danke für die tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Ein toller Ausblick und wirklich sehr angenehm.

Alvija is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. She was very responsive and provided all the recommendations that made our trip even more remarkable - literally felt like we had a private guide in Los Gigantes. Can’t recommend her enough - you’ll never forget your stay.

Everything was great and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The view is absolutely stunning! Great location with easy parking and very close to town centre, beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The pool looked amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. We truly recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten auf der Insel. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig und durchdacht. Die Terrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Ausblick war definitiv ein Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei einem kleinen Stromausfall wurde sofort reagiert und das Problem schnell behoben. Wir haben uns auch über den schönen Obstkorb und den Wein als Willkommensgeschenk sehr gefreut. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

La villa est incroyable. Grande, belle, une vue exceptionnelle. Le jaccuzi face au coucher du soleil est un gros plus. Les hôtes nous ont donnés beaucoup de conseils, ils ont étaient prévenant, réactif aux messages. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement !

Der perfekte Ort für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das kleine Dörfchen ist einfach magisch, der Blick auf das Meer ein Traum und die Wohnung traditionell aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem wurde im Vergleich zu anderen AirBNBs an alles gedacht, es gibt z.B. Küchenrolle, Spülmaschinentabs und endlich mal zwei Geschirrtücher.

Superbe emplacement au calme dans un jardin fleuri, à quelques minutes de l’autoroute pour visiter le nord de l’île facilement. L’intérieur est plutôt modeste et les équipements de cuisine rudimentaires mais largement compensé par le confort général, la qualité de la literie, du linge, et surtout les 2 terrasses bien équipées. Nous devons recommander ce logement pour toutes ses facilités, son calme, avec les seuls bruits de la mer et des oiseaux , les merveilleux couchers de soleil face à la piscine, petite mais très mignonne et si bien éclairée la nuit ! ne pas hésitez à réserver !

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. sehr schöne Unterkunft, schön eingerichtet leider keine gute Küchenausstattung; das 4. schlafzimmer wurde erst nach Einer Diskussion für uns aufgesperrt und vorbereitet, das Anwesen ist kameraüberwacht, ob die kameras nicht aktiv sind während des Aufenthalts sieht man nicht. privaten Strandzugang hat man nicht, an diesem Küstenabschnitt gibt es keinen Strand der zu fuß einfach erreichbar ist, nur Steilklippe. ansonsten aber alles sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern bot auch einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und die Wellen rauschen zu hören, war pure Entspannung. Die Terrasse war mein Lieblingsplatz, perfekt für Frühstück mit Aussicht oder zum chillen am Abend. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Gute Kommunikation. Ich komme definitiv wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

muy recomendable, un gran punto a favor tener parking para el coche. Nuria siempre atenta y dando instrucciones para facilitar el acceso al apartamento. Una vez dentro, hay un listado con más indicaciones y recomendaciones de supermercados, restaurantes. En cuanto a limpieza, estaba impecable, tanto el piso como los muebles, sabanas y menaje. In jeder Hinsicht eine großartige Wohnung! Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Der Ortskern mit vielen Restaurants und einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Lebensmittel) ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der vorhandene Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist ebenfalls ein großer Vorteil. Liebe Béa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Maria przyjęła nas bardzo ciepło, przygotowała poczęstunek, oprowadziła po budynku i pokazała mieszkanie. Mieszkanie ma przygotowane udogodnienia tak, jak byśmy byli u siebie - deska do prasowania, żelazko, parownica, kawa, najpotrzebniejsze przyprawy, szczoteczki do zębów, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki. Przepiękny widok z balkonu, wieczorami korzystaliśmy z hamaka i podziwialiśmy zachody słońca. Obawialiśmy się braku klimatyzacji, ale w tej części wyspy nie była w ogóle potrzebna :)

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and modern with an amazing sun deck and shared pool area. Beds were very comfortable. We were greeted on arrival but Meg who was very friendly and showed us around the apartment. The area is relatively quiet, which is a nice change from Los Cristianos etc., though still with a good range of bars and restaurants. Would particularly recommend the Brittania pub (very welcoming staff and nice vibe) and Roca Negra, a popular beach club for watching the sunset. Overall would highly recommend!

nous avons un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maya. tout était décoré avec goût. la terrasse est très grande, très agréable et la vue magnifique. emplacement de parking dans un garage bien sécurisé. l'accès est très facile et les instructions très claires. tout est pensé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. l'accès à la plage et au très sympatique 70's est facile. nous recommandons vraiment. nous aimerions sincèrement y revenir. l'endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter le parc de la Teide et les villes de La Laguna et de Santa Cruz. il est près de l'aéroport Reina Sofia mais nous n'entendons ni ne voyons aucun avion. quand on arrive fin de journée c'est donc parfait Maya est réactive et accueillante. elle a à cœur que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour et c'est réussi

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt und der Blick vom Balkon ein Traum. Massimilano war ein super netter Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
