This place has an excellent location. Old Town Center, a minute's walk from the Plaza of the famous Church of Altea. Located on a quiet street at the highest point in Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360 degrees, with no neighbors next door. The house has everything you need, including everything for the beach. House cleaning done only with organic products! Child-friendly house! Pets are allowed as long as they don't climb on the furniture!!! We wish you an unforgettable vacation!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

A Unique Retreat With a 47 Sqm Chillout Terrace!

We had an incredible stay at this apartment in the heart of Altea’s old town. The terrace, which overlooks a beautiful private garden, was one of our favorite features—it made us feel like we were in a peaceful oasis. Despite being centrally located and close to shops and restaurants, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, even on New Year’s Eve. The space felt more like a house than an apartment, offering complete privacy and comfort. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything one could possibly need—a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a washer, and even a grill on the terrace for outdoor meals. The host and her brother were extraordinary—extremely responsive and attentive, making us feel completely cared for throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. A true gem in Altea!

Absolutely superb Airbnb. My wife and I stayed here for 3 months and it was everything we hoped for and more. The terrace is a standout feature. Having a BBQ on your own private terrace overlooking the old town and beachfront is a real joy. You’re located moments from everything, 2 minutes from the bustling beach front with tonnes of superb restaurants or 2 minutes from the historic and beautiful old town. Kai is a superb host and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough - he would go out of his way to make us feel comfortable. If you’re staying in Altea, this is the Airbnb for you. We can’t wait to come back!
