Villa holiday rentals in Playa Costambar

This was my 4th time visiting the Dominican Republic, and I’ve always stayed with Conti Vacation Rentals. Their service and quality are consistently excellent, and their pricing is very fair. I’ve stayed at 3 of their locations—this was my second time at Casa Linda 919. I love having my own private pool. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the host is always responsive. This place makes a fantastic base in Cabarete. The private pool is amazing and they've done a beautiful job with the aesthetic. The beds are very comfortable too! It was a wonderful place to stay with my small family. They even provided a pack and play for my baby. Overall, I'd book again in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to others. A couple things I will mention are that the kitchen is beautiful, but there are hardly any things to cook with, and the dishes aren't what you'd expect from a place like this. Also, we had some issues with both showers not draining very well. Even with these minor issues, I'd still highly recommend staying here, and hopefully some of these things are addressed for future guests.

My family and I, three generations, spend a lovely week at this wonderful villa. The villa was well represented by their photos, only it was more stunning in person. The view of the ocean, the amazing pool, kept us outside all day. Every one of us was so relaxed and we hardly left the place and this is with a 21 and 25 year old, who I would have thought had gotten antsy the second day. Not so. We would walk the beach, watch the horse back riders walk along the trails, sit and watch the crashing waves. It was gorgeous, relaxing and insanely enjoyable. We felt so safe there. We were pampered by Yalissa and Joaquin! Not one of our little wants went unmet. We had Jesus, the amazing chef, prepare us dinner every night. We could not think of a restaurant in all the Dominican Republic whose food would have been better. The presentation was beautiful and photo worthy. Frederick's was incredibly helpful before our trip, making the arrangements for our driver, Jose. Many thanks!

Just a stunning villa. It exceeded my husband I’s expectations. It had everything we needed. The hosts really made sure everything was perfect. We would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Paul’s place. The pool was amazing a lots of fun, the kids didn’t want to leave. Various coffee makers for everyone’s preference. Parking for two vehicles. ACs in every room and bathrooms were in great shape as well. We were able to explore a little of puerto plata but sometimes it was hard to leave to pool behind. Just make sure you have life jackets or floaties for the little ones because the pool really is about 5 feet deep all around but there is a sitting shelf fyi. I would definitely recommend and return on my next trip to puerto plata.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. It was very quiet and serene—exactly the kind of setting we were looking for. The private pool and yard were a great bonus and were cleaned every morning, which we appreciated. The location was also ideal. It was a short, pleasant six-minute walk to the beach, which we enjoyed multiple times a day. Just a 4–5 minute walk from the property was an incredible bakery—great coffee, amazing pastries, and it quickly became part of our daily routine. Another added bonus was the modern gym located right next door to the property, fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines. Inside the home, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches—multiple coffee makers, a full set of pots and pans, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioners throughout the house were also extremely powerful and did an excellent job cooling the large, open space.

excellent place to stay around all activities. Loved the layout, pool and outside bar was excellent. Great party spot for boys or girls trip. Met all of our needs. Ethan's team will take care of all your needs from transportation, chef, etc

I have to start with saying that Ricardo's level of service is unmatched. His communication was thorough and very accommodating from the time we booked throughout the duration of our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful from top to bottom, and I especially appreciated the decorative towels that had the villa's logo on them as well as the large logo over the gazebo in the backyard. Small details like this make you feel as if you're in 5-star resort that you have all to yourself. The housekeeper Emma was amazing, as well as the driver Joshua that we were set up with. Another thing I was impressed with was how strong the wifi was throughout such a large house, including the outside areas. That is a rare thing as I have learned from previous trips to the Dominican Republic, and it is just another reason why I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. I definitely will be back

Place is very nice larger group for the party especially group of guys are better party and that's the place to choose and request for the driver Jay he can get you guys anywhere everything he don't say no anything you need he is there extra 5-star for Jay

Jenny’s dinners (and breakfast) were delicious, fairly-priced & convenient! Plus, she accommodated the vegans in our group! Advice: bring cash as most places don’t take credit cards. This place was lovely & located right on the beach — super! $5 taxi ride to Cabarete downtown (restaurants, shops, bank/ATM). A/C units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms & fans everywhere. Jenny also a skilled masseuse!

We had an amazing time! The space was perfect, we had a big group and everyone had their own space and it didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The staff was so friendly and were there before we woke up with hot coffee ready for us. They cleaned our rooms every day and provided us with fresh towels. The house also provided water and ice which was so convenient. It felt like our own private resort. Ariel was quick to respond if we needed something and was really great with us. The house is tucked away in a gated neighborhood with security at the entrance. If you want to feel like you are in a resort but want your privacy for your group, this place is so great! It exceeded all expectations.

Beautiful space and very accommodating. My only complaint was the no locks on the bedroom doors which does restraint the privacy between guest and having no doors in the standup showers which again, deprived us from having our privacy and added more of a mess to our bathroom floors. Nonetheless; we enjoyed our stay and really loved the view overlooking the infinity pool.

Great place. Just as described in the pictures and very clean. Tony was responsive and very helpful.

The Villa was amazing. It has 24 hour security to ensure safety. House keeping comes everyday to clean the rooms and give fresh towels. Any problems at the Villa the host will come to fix it expeditiously. The host works with a driver by the name of Gerson. His team responds at any time and are easy to spot or locate for a ride anywhere. The host and Gerson give great recommendations on things to do or places to go. As a whole the host was very polite and was open to feedback on our stay before we left. I highly recommend staying with them and being open to what they have to offer!

Great place to stay at , it had everything we needed , the pool was great , and every room was spacious and had working ac . We highly recommend this place !!!:)

This place is certainly spacious, well-lit, private, and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, it's actually a little larger than the photographs indicate. It was very clean and close to many restaurants and the beach. We also had delivery options from many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. I would disagree with the description that there are ocean, beach and marina views although they are not far. There is a great view of the mountain from the backyard. While there is plenty of breezes and ceiling fans keeping the main areas cool, there is only A/C in the bedrooms which was fine for us. Be aware there is no pool umbrella or hammock outdoors as shown in the photos. We had a great time, had plenty of space, all the amenities we could ask for, felt safe and private and would consider staying again if we make it back to Puerto Plata.

Very good place to spend time with the family and friends. Very organized and presentable lobby with easy check in and out. The house was very nice and peaceful along with it’s peaceful and secure area! Thanks for everything Jocelyn!

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

This was my first time staying here and I must say everything was perfect for me.The location was great.If you are looking to just sit back and relax this is it. It was very peaceful and quiet which was what I was looking for. It was definitely worth booking.The host was always in contact regularly to check on us.I will book this place again in the near future.

This is the only place that I will stay when visiting the area. Jason was awesome and responsive at all times. He was proactive with all the instructions and what to expect. The place was very clean with white linens. WiFi was awesome, A/C in all bedrooms and main area. Very secure community and home. The pool was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, washer/dryer, filtered water available, etc. He also offers cleaning services and other conveniences. They also have a nice bbq area by the pool equipped with gas grill if you want to bbq. Very close the bustling downtown area while also quiet and nice private. Check in and check out was awesome and Jason was flexible for us as we had an early flight arriving and late flight departing. If you’re visiting the area, look no further!
