Beautiful two story apartment with 2 balconies and amazing ocean views. Everything as described. Also had the huge infinity pool to ourselves. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Fantastic 2 week stay at this great bachelor unit!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Michal was quick to get back to us when we had questions. The Seawinds complex had a large pool , onsite restaurant by the pool with reasonably priced food (salads / burgers / pastas well under 10 bucks ) We would not hesitate renting from Michal again .

Le condo était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, mais dans un quartier calme. La décoration est moderne et chaleureuse, on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné. Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir

Where do I start? This place is beautiful! Fairly walkable to the supermarket and to nearby Restaurants. The pool was clean and it is walking distance from both sosua beach and playa Alicia. The view was absolutely stunning, hearing the waves every evening and enjoying the view every morning and during sunset was an amazing experience. The host was responsive to our needs and we felt safe and cared for. I would stay here again.

Loved it! I had a very relaxing week at this apartment. I have been inCabarete several times and Sea Winds is my favorite place to stay. You have it all, Luxury, comfort, privacy, relaxation and the view. Is the best place to stay, seriously. If you are kite surfing you could pump your kite on the grass and launch from there, if you are taking lessons or renting equipment you have the option to a very pleasant walk 10 minutes on the beach either right to cabarete bay or left to kite beach to find the schools restaurants and night life. No need for a car, walk on the beach or a moto taxis for 100pesos take you to town in 3 minutes. New supermarket Janet is 10 minutes walk on the beach and get to main road from there where you can get supplies. This particular apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies to relax while looking at the scenery, nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, laundry, very comfortable beds, great Air conditioning and fans. Hot water in shower…it was just perfect!

Cris is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

This place was great and very close to the POP airport. Also, not far from the city. Super clean and Gio was very responsive for any and everything!!

This was one of two properties my party booked. Directly across the street from each other. Will be back with casa coco for sure

Hilary’s place has the most incredible view, on the hill overlooking Playa Sosua. It is close enough to get to the beach, grocery store and restaurants quickly but tucked into the trees and vegetation of the hillside, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC in both bedrooms, kitchen stocked with appliances and everything needed to prepare our own meals (grocery store 5 minutes away). The bonuses were the clean pool in the back yard, the stunning view and the tremendous response and attention of our host, Hilary, the caretaker of the house, Jose, and the night guard. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay. This place is better than the pictures. Comes fully staffed with maids, security and airport pick up. Highly recommend

Riin ist eine sehr sympatische Gastgeberin. Sie antwortet schnell und ist jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll, mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Ihre Appartements sind sehr individuell und ansprechend gestaltet. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher und die Nachbarschaft ruhig. Auch gibt es ein wunderschönes Yogaloft mit toller Aussicht zum Trainieren. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und unser Hund wurde auch herzlich aufgenommen. Riin steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great stay !

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can leave your gear outside in the porch, and walk to the water to kite or wing so easily. There is a restaurant between the apartment and the water, making it super convenient to grab food. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The Internet was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning very effective. Some things about the apartment could be improved: 1) there is a weird smell, potentially coming from the washer, 2) the microwave is broken, 3) the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, and 4) it's not super private and there is a security guard in front 24/7. I would've liked to know before arriving how important it is to bring cash, as most restaurants we went to (including the one on the premises) don't accept credit cards. Stefan was great at providing information about conditions to do the sport, and extremely responsive to our needs! I'd suggest reading the FAQ of the yoga place next door for other useful info!

The place was very clean and smelled nice.5 minutes walk to grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach.the pool was also nice and we felt very safe with the 24 hour security Sterling,friendly and very helpful during check in,host was quick to respond as I was sick and couldn’t leave the place,very helpful and friendly also.. overall I had a great stay,el Carey,hippo bar,and sola mio great place to eat and clean.. no need to cook during our stay.I would definitely come back and stay here on my next trip.

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

Wir sind relativ spät angekommen. Bertha hat uns super freundlich begrüßt und uns sogar fürs Erste mit dem Nötigsten versorgt, sodass wir erst am nächsten Tag zum Supermarkt mussten. Vielen vielen Lieben Dank Bertha😊 wir haben uns sofort zuhause und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus und vor allem der Garten mit der Poolarea ist ein Paradies. Fast ein kleiner, privater, botanischer Garten. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Wir konnten sogar abends zu Fuß zur nächsten Pizzeria laufen. Zum Strand sind es circa 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich am Eingang zur community. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Bertha und ihrer Familie. Vielen Dank🥰

Amazing villa, in an amazing location. Close to Sosua beach, bars, and restaurants. Lorenzo and his team were incredible and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

This place just felt right. It’s a short barefoot walk to the beach, and there’s this easy rhythm to life here: sun, salt, sleep, repeat. The apartment was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfy, and the Wi-Fi held up for quick check-ins with work. I spent my evenings unwinding with a book and a cold drink, listening to the waves. The host was very accommodating, responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re craving a simple reset somewhere calm, warm, and real, this is that place.
