We spent a few incredible days in Pulpos. The place was spotless, super organized, and one of the greatest pleasures was listening to the ocean waves from the place, a lot of peace was breathed. The host was very responsive and flexible. We were able to work remotely without problems thanks to the good internet. A great plus was that they accepted our pet, Rockito, who also enjoyed the place a lot. Would definitely recommend this house and come back enchanted 🫶🏽

Nice apartment, comfortable, with everything you need. And it has a spectacular view of the ocean. The host is always attentive and responds quickly. He was also very flexible in extending the departure time to celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday without any problems. 100% recommended.

This is a must to anyone visiting San Bartolo. Location is great close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Unit was great, very nice, amazing view, great for families spending their vacation. The host was great really helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is just like the photos are shown. It is located 1 block from the beach and easily accessible. Alberto is an excellent host, he was always attentive to any request and/or doubt. It is the ideal space to disconnect and relax :)

The airbnb is clean and just like the photos. It has all the necessary menajeses and appliances to prepare anything. Its ocean view is beautiful. The lugar is quiet, quiet and close to several restaurants, supermarkets and known nightclubs. It's a good place to relax and unwind alone or with your family or couple.

We stayed at this house for my mom and cousin's birthday, and it was an excellent experience! The house is nicer than the photos, modern, safe and well distributed. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor, 2 rooms with bathroom on the third floor and one more with bathroom on the terrace. All spacious, comfortable and with extra mattress. The equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony with greenery are on the second floor. In addition, it has a laundry area, umbrella, and a clean pool. The area is safe, 5 minutes from Playa Norte, close to the Garden Peach hotel, park and restaurants. Pepe and Mónica were friendly, responded quickly and were flexible with check-in and check-out. I recommend it and would be happy to come back!

My stay at this Airbnb in San Bartolo was simply wonderful. From the first moment, the host's attention was impeccable: always attentive, kind and willing to help with any detail. The facilities were as shown in the photos, and even better. Everything was clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated, which made me feel comfortable and welcome from the beginning. The place has a very special energy, ideal for resting, disconnecting and enjoying the surroundings. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and food areas. I loved every detail and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy experience in San Bartolo.

This place was great! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a family situation but we loved our time at the beach house. It was spacious enough for five adults and two young kids. The kids especially loved the pool. A small patio off the masters bedroom was particularly enjoyable and very private.

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!!

A very cozy place, spacious enough for a weekend with the family or group of friends and the view is everything. The apartment is very well equipped, and there is security in the surroundings. Highly recommended.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

Octavio's apartment was excellent for spending a few days in peace with my family. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Octavio and the doorman are always very attentive and willing to help. Recommended

Full floor apartment with an elevator entrance straight into the unit. It’s huge and has a huge balcony. Water is hot, internet is pretty good and there’s a big TV in the family room with all the apps. Hot tub gets hot (takes 3-4 hours) and can fit 6 adults comfortably. View of the ocean and sunset is incredible. You’re on the front row with only the beach in front of you—all you’ll hear at night is the waves. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the flat. Everything was as shown on the pictures, lots of details and everything was working correctly and perfectly. I highly recommend this flat, centre of the beach, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable.
