it's a very clean place. it has all the necessary instruments. The treatment of the people who serve it is great and the communication with the host is very effective. it's a great place. 100% recommended!

The Airbnb is in a very quiet area, almost on the beach, in a beach area where there are not many tourists, little noise and a super nice sea, it is the perfect place to disconnect from the world, but it is still a place that has all the necessary comforts to rest, cook and live. Just remember to bring what you need before you arrive, and that being such a natural area we must respect the fauna and flora of the place.

The house is spectacular! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

Second time staying there everything summer excellent, very relaxing and very comfortable

The stay at hacienda La Rusa exceeded our expectations, everything was incredible, they were all very friendly and helpful since we arrived, the rooms are beautiful and the pool just as incredible.

The accommodation was impeccable, everything was very nice, without any problems. In addition, they gave me the opportunity to pick up the key long before check-in so I could do my activities without worrying about arriving before the maximum check-in time.

We had a wonderful stay. The area is safe and private. Beautiful views. Very steep walk but taxis are readily available. Comfortable clean and stylish place. Well stocked kitchen. We did lots of cooking and enjoyed outdoor meals. The plunge pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach or the walk up to the bungalow. It is also right down the street from one of our favorite restaurants. Great guidebook with lots of local tips. Overall a wonderful place and great host! Thanks Claire!

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

Very nice and quiet to relax

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

Hello, the house is very beautiful, the truth is worth it. My family and a server did not have an incredible time. We were able to try two restaurants that are 5 min walking on the beach and its food is very rich. The pool is super good, it has shade that helps a lot unlike some others. really thank you very much to Laura.

Definitely an incredible place, with beautiful views, Edu is very attentive and kind. It is a very quiet area, there are no restaurants relatively close by if you don't have a car, but they offer home delivery. It is an accommodation that is totally worth it, spacious apartments that have everything you need to have an excellent vacation, we would definitely return

We had a wonderful time, the villa was clean, comfortable and the pictures don’t do it justice. Eli went above and beyond to help us out with requests, transportation from and to the airport and any questions we had. Our family had the best weekend!

for my entire family this was a new vacation experience .... the beach is like private place, only the people from the houses next to Randy's house is the ones that are in the beach, ( very few people ) we really enjoyed it. Although the beach is not that busy, the lifeguards are very active in that area.

Dieter’s house was amazing. Located right on the beach, equipped with all necessary amenities for a short/long stay, and only about a 10-minute walk on the beautiful beach to the village. Two lounge chairs and a hammock were a great plus and enhanced our relaxing experience. Dieter is a great host, very quick in responding, and understanding of one’s needs. The staff on the property were all wonderful people. 20-liter drinking water bottles are available. Highly recommend Dieter’s house.

A group of us stayed for 2 weeks at the beautiful and spacious Casa Panamar. The house was big and the layout was great! Plenty of comfortable areas to relax and gather. Most of our time was spent at the pool palapa which was outstanding. Orlando kept the place looking lovely and Esmerelda whipped up some wonderful dishes for us. I highly recommend working with her for all of your dining needs! The house was always in order and they both were available and helpful. We cannot wait to return next year to make some more lasting memories!

We felt at home all the time! Divine facilities, to arrive and never leave again, clean and fun beach, pool with perfect air conditioning, hotter jacuzzi for the evenings, local sales of delicious fish and seafood, attentive and friendly host at all times, impeccable cleanliness, quiet and familiar place. 100% we will be back soon!!!

I went to spend Mother's Day and it was really wonderful, it is a house with everything you need and enough, clean towels for the house and the pool area, in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and clean, the pool is spectacular, very quiet and the beach is very beautiful. It's really worth visiting this property. You won't regret it. It has everything you need. The whole house has fans and air conditioning. You don't need to go anywhere because the beach is a few steps away, right in front of you!!!! That's the greatest thing!!! The cleaning of 10. My family was happy!!! Thank you very much José Luis for letting us stay at your house. We are definitely planning to return very soon.
