It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

Casa Ola is a newly refurbished apartment located in the excluve residential area Los Molinos, in Costa Teguise which is the sole designed by the master and visionaire César Manrique. The garden, the two pools and the building reflect the particular style you can only find in Lanzarote: white walls, lavic stones and cactus plants. At 300mt walking distance there is Playa Bastían, but you can reach Las Cucharas Beach and the centre of Costa Teguise in less than 15 minutes walk.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Centrally located but in a quiet area (Playa Bastian area), in a complex with 2 swimming pools, one of them just a few steps from the apartment, a very well-kept garden and just a 5-minute walk from the beach and promenade. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, a spacious and bright living room with a large window, an open kitchen, and a terrace with a table and bench.

Lovely location and bungalow had everything you need. Carol was very accommodating and answered any queries I had. The pool nearest to us was nice and quiet and always got a sunbed. Loads of restaurants in waking distance and food very reasonable and good entertainment. Hipper Dino across road that has everything you need. Taxi from airport cos €24.

Fabulous place for a family stay... Lovely big living room so never felt on top of each other.. Excellent location next to the beach and the choice of 3 pools 2 of which have Bars offering food.. unfortunately The main pool with the kiddy pool was closed for renovations but we could still use the sunbeds and the bar.. which is ok if like us you don't actually go in the pool!.. No noise from next door as I've seen mentioned in previous reviews!.. Lovely touch to arrive to a bottle of wine.. water & milk.. also tea bags and coffee so no need to rush and do a shop. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

This is a brilliant apartment in every way! It’s spacious, well designed, light, well equipped and very well positioned. Not too far from the airport and near to the beach and bars/restaurants. Given its proximity to so much, it was surprisingly quiet and there was a great sense of calm. We particularly loved the two balconies and the pool. We highly recommend this place if you’ve chosen the Costa Teguise area. Make sure you do a volcano tour and visit the Cesar Manrique places.
