The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

1 bedroom with 10ft ceilings with lots of natural light. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, craft breweries, walking and biking trails, museums, theater, parks, boating, and skiing. Close to SUNY and CCC campuses and UVM/CVPH hospital. Airport is 5 minutes away. Lake Champlain and boat basin are only a 5 minute walk. Lake Placid, Burlington and Montreal are an hour or less away. Plenty of parking for vehicles and anglers with their boats. Lots of local history to explore.

Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!
