The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Fairhouse barn

This charming Barn conversion half an hour from both Manchester and Liverpool. Chester is an hour away and a little further you can enjoy the Lake District that is if you have enjoyed the log burner, the fire pit with retractable awning for those cooler nights, the hot tub with a glass of champagne. Take your chances with 7ft pool/air hockey or table tennis against friends and family in the games room. Have a lovely meal in the dinning room or a snack in the kitchen/conservatory .

We strive to ensure, cleanliness, comfort and value for our guests. Ideal for contractors, trade, business and leisure travelers alike. Our room only option has a choice of two single beds or one super king bed with private shower room, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
