Located in the heart of L'Escala, a few meters from the “Platja de les Barques”, very close to all the cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities. It has an interior size of 50m2 and a balcony where you can enjoy the outdoors. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Very bright rooms, with large windows, decoration in neutral, soft, warm tones, very comfortable beds, high quality mattresses. It has a bathroom with Italian shower, spacious, very nice.The kitchen is "office" type, equipped with what is necessary for those who enjoy cooking at home, it opens onto an open plan living-dining room, with a large window leading to the balcony. The whole apartment has very good natural lighting, which helps to highlight its quality finishes and its noble woods. Equipped with centralized air conditioning (hot and cold), 32 ”Smart TV, 3 types of coffee machines, dishwasher, Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, soundproofed double glass closures, entry by code (non-face check-in), etc…. We have created a space of relaxation, tranquility and comfort, for the enjoyment of our clients. This apartment has access to the roof of the building where there is a common space, with a barbecue area, a solarium area and a chillout area.

Riells is a residential part of L'Escala with a beautiful beach of fine sand just a 150m away of our place. Although it is calm and green around, restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Comfortable renovated apartment for 2 to 3 p in a small building of 2 floors. (no lift) South exposure, large balcony. Living room TV sat (fr), nice kitchen, 1 bedroom, shower room. The apartment is spacious, we were 6 adults and it was very well located and the private parking space is very useful. The small problem is the 2nd bathroom with a really small shower and a lack of small shelves to put toiletries, but this is a small detail. Host are very kind and responsive. thank you for this good stay... too short!
