We had a great time in this apartment. The kitchen has basic amenities with small extras, everything was clean, a small dressing table was also included and the view from our balcony was just beautiful and in the evening you could watch the sunset wonderfully. The beach and smaller supermarkets are right outside the door, a large supermarket is 5 minutes walk. The old town with magnificent restaurants is also a 7-minute walk away and a dream beach with beach bars can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Vaggiles was an incredibly good host! He organized a car and bike rental for us, always responded directly and was always on hand whenever you needed help. Thank you so much for this great time. My boyfriend and I therefore make a great recommendation for this apartment!

This was our second visit to Grand Annys Home. It is an authentic Greek cottage that is fully equipped. This year very much enjoyed our stay again. Anna, the host made our arrival very pleasant because all the basic amenities were already present. We arrived early and Anna even offered to take us to the bike rental so we could immediately get into Kos City. Repeatable again.

Very beautiful space,clean,new furniture,new bathroom,auxiliary the washing machine. The kitchen very equipped,had everything needed and very clean. Generally our stay was very pleasant,without noise,with own and aircondion in both the living room and the bedroom. The couch,as a third bed quite hard to sleep. The area had parking ,and quiet. Only by car and easy exit from the city. It was also central parking of the city. It always had hot water and generally we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Eugene’s place is lovely and perfect for a couple like us to spend time on the lovely island of Kos. Eugene is a fantastic host and happily drove us around and solved any issues we had without any fuss. The studio was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything you could possibly need from a lovely bathroom to a nice outside space to relax in. The whole process of booking in, arriving and checking out was so straight forward and Eugene was extremely helpful with the whole process. We will definitely be visiting again.
