Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

Lovely place, great space. Spotlessly clean. Great size and space. Would highly recommend. Location is about a 6 euro ride or half hour walk from old town.

Just got back from eleven days, the villa is amazing , Ilija& Maria arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and greeted us when we arrived, we were lucky to be able to get into the villa early (but understand this is not always possible). The fridge was stocked with lots of lovely things so we didn’t have to got to the supermarket straight away and we could enjoy the pool & lovely comfy sunbeds , the villa has everything you need there are lots of little extra touches that make your holiday special. It is a 40 minute walk down into Cavtat but it is well worth with lots of lovely restaurants & cafe bars, we got an uber back varying from 5- 8 euros. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement. De ruimtes waren ruim, en twee badkamers voor 4 personen is ook erg fijn en luxe! Het balkon bood een mooi uitzicht op zee en genoeg ruimte om te zitten, alhoewel het met 4 aan tafel wel wat smal was, maar het kon. Aan het geluid van de vele vliegtuigen die overvlogen was het even wennen, maar gelukkig vliegen ze 's nachts niet! Aan het zwembad is het ook heerlijk liggen! De 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum, zoals beschreven, bracht ons naar een strand met daaraan enkele strandtenten. Wij dachten daardoor in eerste instantie dat dit het centrum van Cavtat was. Maar door nog een kwartiertje door te lopen langs een mooie promenade langs zee, kwamen wij in het drukkere gedeelte met veel restaurants en winkeltjes. Erg leuk! Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden er graag weer komen!

The villa is a really exceptional standard and we had such a comfortable stay. There is everything you could need and it was spotlessly clean. The ice machine was a really helpful bonus and the fridge was stocked with lovely wine and cool drinks for our arrival - thank you Marija!! The views are amazing from the pool and from the terraces. Marija is such a welcoming and friendly host and full of helpful information about the local area. If there is anything she doesn't know she finds out really quickly and nothing is too much trouble. As others have said there is a very steep road up to the villa but very manageable and only a few minutes walk to get to supermarkets and the bakery and a great restaurant. Uber works really well for pickup/dropoff at the villa if anyone can't manage the hill and definitely better to bus or taxi into Dubrovnik as the traffic is mad! Can't recommend highly enough - the villa and its host Marija are just superb!!

Really enjoyed the property. We had a group of 11 so we had the entire place and thought its location, space and cleanliness was good. As you might expect in Europe - be prepared to walk some stairs!! The location is a bit tricky but there was some parking available so it worked. Roko and his dad (Ivo) were good to communicate with.

We loved our stay. It was a great location for old town and the cable car. Enjoyed the pool as well. Very refreshing. I would highly recommend.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our stay at Ivana's beautiful property in Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

Meillä oli erittäin onnistunut loma Villa Lussa. Sijainti oli hyvä. Kauppa ja ravintola lähellä. Bussilla pääsi edullisesti kaupunkiin. Kohde täytti odotukset. Lapset nauttivat uimisesta lämmitetyssä altaassa. Vauvan itku ei kuulunut muihin huoneisiin. Hyvä äänieristys. Maran kanssa oli helppo asioida ja saimme säilyttää matkatavaroita uloskirjautumisen jälkeen.

Absolutely amazing - could not recommend staying here more!

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! We had a lovely week in Mlini and with Irena’s brilliant recommendations we spent memorable days exploring Dubrovnik and visiting gorgeous restaurants with wonderful views. It was a short walk to the beach club or a quieter rocky beach with pristine waters for swimming and snorkelling. Excellent location.

My wife and I stayed for a week here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were met at the door and shown around. We were given a phone number to get in touch if we needed anything and then we were left alone. The accommodation and outdoor areas were immaculate and comfortable. Our host did laundry for us when we needed it and also made us a beautiful apricot cake. I would highly recommend this property and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Croatia.

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. Amazing views and the villa has everything you would need. The facilities are great including hot tub, sauna and a heated pool with great views and perfect sunsets. Nikoleta is by far the best host I have stayed with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with little touches including essentials in the fridge and fresh fruit. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Saron was so helpful and made some great recommendations for restaurants and trips. But the private boat trip she suggested was the highlight of the holiday. Mario was great too, he found us when the Uber dropped us off somewhere else. Seamless check in, we arrived the day before and stayed in the Old Town and didn’t want to carry our bags with us so we were able to drop them off early with Mario and he called us a short time after to check in. Even got us a few essentials when we arrived. He also offered to take us to the supermarket the next day. We were so happy that we got to use the villa on the last day because we had a late flight. Nothing was too much hassle and we would 100% stay again!

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

This house is perfect for larger groups as it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The views are stunning! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Note to future guests, we had some difficulty finding the house - the road to get to it is directly behind the border control station. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.
