A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

We were blown away by the location in Athens and Eva’s assistance from booking to checking out. Great location, so close to Acropolis and Plaka. She sent us recommendations for everything and arranged taxis for arrival and departure. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has incredible views. We would definitely stay again!!

Maria is a very helpful and welcoming host. Her apartment was very well done up and small details to make our stay comfortable. She helped us a lot with directions and places to go and helped us book our cab as well. The apartment is walking distance from the most happening part of town. We didnt need any transport once we reached there

Nadine’s place was absolutely perfect! She and her mother are so kind. They supplied us with water, wine, cereal, milk, and a few other treats! The apartment was perfectly clean and in an amazing location. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out based on our needs! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Efi and Anna's place is a real gem smack bang in the middle of the lively Plaka area of Athens. The place was exactly as described and we really did feel at home immediately! It is walking distance from all the best sights - 2 minutes from Acropolis museum, restaurants, supermarket. Efi's great communication made check in a breeze and she was always happy to help or make recommendations. We especially loved the bakery and gift shop she suggested nearby. We would 100% recommend this apartment. Thank you Efi and Anna!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Ionnis’s apartment was in a very safe and central location in the city with a 5 minute walk to the acropolis and a 10 minute walk to Plaka, I full recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Athens that will be visiting all the sites and there all nearby. Some great restaurants and cafes nearby also as well as being next door to a supermarket. It was spotless and very private.

C'est un appartement d'exeption, meublé avec beaucoup de style et de qualité. La rue est quelconque mais dès qu'on se trouve à l'intérieur, on retrouve le silence et la beauté de contempler l'Acropole de la terrasse. Les principales activités sont à distance de marche. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le lit est confortable. Je recommande fortement !!!

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Das Appartament von Konstantinos war super. Es ist nicht weit vom Monastiraki Platz entfernt, so dass man recht zentral untergebracht ist und alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Konstantinos hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man sich in Athen außerhalb der üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten noch anschauen kann und wo man gut essen kann. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Miniloft ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigt. Der Gastgeber ist nett. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung!

The place was very well decorated and felt homey. Konstantina was very clear in her instructions and accommodated to our change in check in times. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place for three of us. Easy keyless entry, historic entryway to the apartment. Nicely furnished, not cluttered. The rooftop patio was a big hit. Great views of the Acropolis from the patio and also from inside the apartment. So much to se do in every direction. Would love to stay again next time!

Can’t say enough good things about this sanctuary above the trees in the Kolanaki neighborhood! An authentic Athens apartment in a fabulous neighborhood. Our host Alex was waiting for us at the front door when our cab pulled up and showed us all around. He immediately responded to an evening request for help when we couldn’t quite manage the door locks. Great service, warm hospitality and a stellar apartment for our first visit to Athens. Definitely hope to come again.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!
