Beautiful residence, beautiful apartment, clean, well equipped, a few minutes from a beautiful Cabo negro beach

If Mourad was always available to communicate, he is a nice person and always attentive, you will not need anything, the apartment was tidy and equipped, the positioning of the residence is great, pedestrian exit that leads directly to the beach (5 mins walk), lots of amenities available (WiFi, Smart TV, coffee machine, free capsules…). In addition to that, if Mourad is a nice person I was able to spend a wonderful stay with the family, quiet residence with 4 swimming pools and entertainment every night. I will definitely be back several times! Thank you dear Mr Mourad for everything!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

We had a lovely stay in M 'diq! The villa is large, modern, well-equipped and quiet. The different terraces are appreciated especially the panoramic sea view. Tayeb was really thoughtful and concerned about our comfort, thank you again!

We had a great two-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is spacious, very well maintained, and really ideal for relaxing. The pool is superb, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows you to fully rest. Everything was as described, or even better.
