Perfect secluded lake house retreat!

Retreat to the perfect combination of peace and quiet. Spacious 2 bedroom home on a private lake stocked with bass and other fish to spend the day with your friends and family. If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

After purchasing contact us with your ETA within 12 hours of your arrival. Listing says from 2pm-6pm we are flexible must asked in advance we will try to accommodate. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage. If you enjoy the peace and quite of the outdoors but only ten minutes from town or the Sebring race track this is the place for you. You have plenty of private parking if you are bringing and rv, horse trailer or race car trailer. The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful lakefront location, and it was a hit with the kids again. Very quiet area with lots of wildlife and a nice swimming area. About a 10 minute drive from the quaint town center. Thanks for another good trip!

Had a great stay. Very clean in every room. Bed was comfortable to sleep. Quiet street as well. Pool was crystal clear to use even though it was still a little too cold to swim in (though we could sit on the edge to keep cool). Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
