Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

Nice place for a quiet get away. Sauna and hot tub are great additions. No neighbours so we're able to enjoy the garden into the evening.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

I had a lovely weekend in Dawn and Darren’s wonderful cottage! It was clean and spacious, with great amenities . The added bonus of having a wood fire hot tub outside is fantastic! The cottage is in a lovely area for getting into nature, only a 10 minute walk to Loch Leven! Dawn was great to communicate with, very helpful and generous Will be back to visit again!

This is without a doubt the most beautiful air BnB we have ever stayed in. It was utterly stunning. Incredibly beautiful interiors, super comfortable bed, heavenly hot tub and external space. We had the most magical weekend there relaxing in such peaceful and private surroundings. Don’t even give it a second thought. Just book.

This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

I absolutely loved this serene little guesthouse tucked away just outside of Edinburgh. It was very nice, clean, and functional for our family group. It was easy to navigate from there to surrounding areas by car. Ali was so personable and friendly! Truly a pleasure to stay here, and we would gladly stay again!

A very clean and cozy cottage in a beautiful area. There are some things that don't come across in the listing: the views out the windows are of beautiful rolling farmland with many windmills in the distance; the drive up to the cottage from the main road is again through beautiful rolling hills with views of the ocean; behind the cottage is a large hillside with grazing sheep. In general the setting was much nicer than I expected. Comfortable beds, nice heavy duvets, very quiet, clean updated bathroom. Our kids loved it too. All together a very nice, relaxing place, close to many beaches and quaint seaside towns.

Absolutely perfect. Not a single thing you could want for…..every need is catered for. Loved the welcome package of bread, spreads and the most delicious fudge ever. Beautiful location. An absolute gem in the forest. Loved our stay. Fabulously presented.

Very nice place to stay if you value peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Great beaches, villages and parks to explore ( car needed, I would say). Very well equipped and clean kitchen. A wood burning stove was available, we didn't need it during our visit, but a bonus in colder months .The 2 bathrooms were warm, plenty of towels. The 2 bedrooms were of a very good size with comfy beds. What more could you need ? 😊

The Stables at the Wemyss ,such a lovely place to stay.If you love nature It is truly a hidden gem.The hosts and staff are so helpful and friendly.Its tucked away from busy streets and traffic.Inside ,your accommodation is warm,clean and inviting and the beds are so comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

Tranquil stay in this beautiful cottage on the edge of a woodland path. The cottage was beautifully prepared with the most amazing complementary gift hamper. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen had all I needed. The Hosts Suzie & Glen were generous and kind. Suzie has so much local knowledge to share. Would love to return.

Wonderful conversion! Don’t hesitate just book it! Easy access to St Andrew’s and local beaches! Peaceful and everything you would want if the stunning house! Could not be happier!!

As previous reviews stated, the pictures don’t do it justice. We combined working in Edinburgh and a Golf break, the location was perfect for this. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Honeybee Cottage! We visited as a family to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, with incredible attention to detail - every room felt thoughtfully curated. It had everything we could possibly need, and then some! I loved discovering all the quirky little ornaments tucked throughout the space. The colours and materials used in the decor were so joyful and uplifting. The location was ideal too - right by the coastline and within easy walking distance of fantastic cafes, pubs, and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the loveliest stay at this very cute little cottage on a farm absolutely magical! The garden was so peaceful, and to our surprise, we even spotted a deer wandering through. The grounds stretch beautifully, and there’s a serene pond that’s perfect for sitting by in the summer sun. Truly a dreamy, tranquil escape with all the big supermarkets and stores near by! 🌞💚

We (2 adults + toddler) had a lovely stay at Lilac Cottage in August '24. The place was even better than what you see in the photos - spacious and incredibly well appointed. We loved the cosy living room and the new kitchen! The location couldn't be more perfect if you are looking to stay at a peaceful, picturesque corner of the Scottish countryside. It is a quiet place but there's still plenty to do in the sorrounding areas. Diane was super responsive and friendly, always at hand for any questions and recommendations.

Fairygreen Cottage was the last stop on our holiday trip and it couldn't have been better! From the first step into the house until the very last minute, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is lovingly furnished, equipped with everything one needs and shows a high standard in quality. We felt very welcomed and comfortable and wish to come back!

This is a gem of a place in a quiet, wonderful location, right next to the bay, with walks from the door. Easy to find, two pubs just around the corner that do excellent food, and a lovely local shop with fresh produce. The property was spotless and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful supplies left by the owner, in addition to up to date local information, recommendations and instructions on how to operate things. Highly recommend it and already booked our next stay!
