A holiday close to nature in the Austrian mountains The SEPP holiday home is surrounded by old farmhouses, single-family houses, meadows and fields – in a particularly quiet location on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley - one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the mountains.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. This natural house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will live in the detached chalet completely alone, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozy. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is closed all around, making it also great for families with children!
