The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Studio Cottage: Very Private.

We use the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and we use hospital level sterilization after each quest. We are 22 miles from San Francisco and 27 miles from Napa. Great location to enjoy both. Half-mile from freeway. Beautiful walking trail very near -- goes to the San Francisco Bay; enjoy beautiful sunsets. Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.

It was a great time to stay at Marissa's place. It is very convenient to get into SF from the busstop nearby (On weekdays, as it is a commuter bus that gets you straight from there to SF). On the other hand the hidhwqy is nearby if you want to go somewhere by car. The room is cozy and clean and the house felt welcoming. I did not meet Marissa in person, as she was away on a trip, but she was still helping out and answering questions whenever needed.

Bryant’s place was in a good location for a good price! The neighborhood is nice, and it is close to restaurants and Point Pinole which was a great place to walk our dog. The place was clean, had a usable washer and dryer for our use, and was spacious enough for a couple days for 2 people and a dog. In addition, the hosts were understanding when our dog accidentally toppled over a pot in the side porch! We are appreciative of them

Lovely stay! I was just in the area to visit wine country for the weekend and it was a great jumping off point. Clean and as described with everything I needed. Bed was lovely and comfortable and bathroom ensuite was lovely too. Michelle was responsive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here for another stopover again!

The host Dale was awesome and communicates quickly! The room is just like the pictures Very clean home. Bathroom has a clean separate tub and shower! Relaxing room. The parking is easy but its not a reserved spot so ask dale for parking tips if needed. The shared space is the kitchen and it was kept tidy but keep in mind your sharing the space with others so hopefully they are clean too!
