Condominium with excellent infrastructure, swimming pools, courts, a game room and ballrooms, toy library and playground. And the property, in addition to having the differential of being house 1, with a privileged location and view, has 3 floors. On the 1st floor, there are social areas and a Jacuzzi; on the 2nd, there are 3 bedrooms (1 suite and 1 BWC); and on the 3rd, there is the attic, an open concept bedroom. The Jacuzzi has no heating.
