AWESOME!! The view alone is worth the stay. - Incredible view at any time; - Comfortable environment; district - Excellent cleaning; - Privacy; - It has many outdoor areas. Even from the parking lot of the house, it's a view!! In addition to this, there is another large main balcony, a pool area and a pier area. In other words, these are spaces that in other places are all shared, but here they are PRIVATE!! Are you going to wash dishes? There's a view; Are you having a barbecue? There's a view Are you sleeping in the master bedroom? It has a view. Besides, the house is well equipped, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. And not to mention the pool. I only suggest one thing: that the photocell-type sconce lights of the pool and others have a switch as well. Why? Sleeping with the black-out curtain open in the master bedroom is fantastic. Only the lights of Florianópolis and Enseada give that incredible air and you can sleep peacefully. With the photocell lights that turn on automatically, there is too much light. It is more difficult to sleep.

My family was very well received by Junior and Rúbia!!! We were accommodated on the ground floor of the front house, with 3 bedrooms, being 1 suite. 2 Dormitórios have air conditioning. The environment was extremely clean and organized. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake. The swimming pool has a heating system. The house is well equipped and close to the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

We were greeted by Ana Paula, the house was very clean and fragrant, and Ana Paula surprised us with a wonderful homemade cake. Everything was perfect and whenever we return to Brazil we will book the house.

Great location! Stand in the sand, close to the centrinho and trade. You can do everything on foot. Clean environment, with many amenities and comfort. You just have to take care not to turn on more than one air conditioner and along with a shower that falls to the general of the house. Outside this energy problem, the rest is perfect!

The house meets all the needs a family needs for a few vacation days. It is close to the beach, has nearby markets, full kitchen with various accessories and utilities. Barbecue area very good. I recommend, we are very pleased with the stay.

We had a very pleasant stay, we spent three summer days and we recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy a quiet place with easy access to Pinheira beach. The house was very clean, organized, the kitchen is super well equipped, it has a garage and outdoor area. We took our dogs and they also loved the space. Rosimere and her husband treated us very well, communication was very easy from the beginning. The beach and the center are a 10-15 minute walk from the house. We recommend it to everyone!

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We had an amazing experience in this house! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The view of the lake is simply breathtaking, waking up to that landscape was one of the highlights of the stay. The surrounding nature conveys a lot of peace and is perfect for those who want to rest and reconnect. The proximity to the waterfall was another differential: a short and quiet walk took us to this little piece of paradise. It's the kind of place that renews your energy. The house itself is very cozy, equipped, clean and decorated with great affection. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the sunset, having a meal outdoors or just contemplating the scenery. The host was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Guarda de Embaú seemed like a beautiful place to us. We went for a particular event, but we loved it and we really wanted to come back. It has an excellent combination of tranquility and services for tourists. The beach, the morros, the river and the sea. A paradise. Rose's place is perfect for rest and comfort in this beautiful place, at a good price. You can walk everywhere from there. We take advantage of all spaces and services, up to lavarropas!
