Second time I stay in Izabel's apartment and like always were incredible days on the guard. All the amenity needed to feel at home: great bed, great bath, air conditioning, full kitchen, super close to the center of the beach. Not to mention Izabel is very kind and loving. Super proactive and worried that the guest feels at home, so that whenever possible it eases including Checkin and Checkout. I will definitely return for a third time.

Excellent place to stay, close to everything I needed. Very cordial and helpful hostess. It will undoubtedly be my first choice when I need to stay in the region again.

Cristina always responded quickly and kindly, the doormen are super friendly and the location is great, right in the heart of Floripa.

The photos published on the site fully correspond to the reality of the space. Airy apartment, bright, well equipped and very quiet, as expected and sought. The beach is 100m from the beach. As the ap attended to what was on the site and that I was looking for, I did not need to contact the host, but when it was necessary at check in and at check out, everything happened in the best way. I definitely recommend and would come back !!!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Yze's place is easy to reach and is very nicely located in a courtyard facing away from the street. Check-in was absolutely relaxed and we found a very nicely furnished and clean apartment. We felt right at home. Yze has designed the apartment to create a very homely atmosphere. In addition, Yze was always available for us and looked after us very well. The balcony invites you to enjoy the first coffee in the morning lying in the hammock while watching the many birds in the gardens. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the fridge is very spacious. Only the street and the many dogs in the neighborhood were a bit noisy, but you will find that everywhere in Barra da Lagoa. We highly recommend Yze's apartment and would make the same choice next time in Barra da Lagoa.

A very magical space where you'll get some of the best sleep of your life. This is a community first space so there are other residents who are kind, non-intrusive and are mostly there to enjoy their solitude too. Great vista and paved part of the road so you can access easily by car, bike or on foot. This isn't a big land to walk around on though so plan to have little escapes planned if you're looking for activity. Aruna is more about rest and the view. Super close to incredible beaches, waterfalls, and other retreat centers.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. A quiet condominium, with a whole infrastructure such as swimming pool, fitness center, playground and playground. We highly recommend! Thank you, team! See you soon.

Amazing apartment, super spacious, comfortable and complete!!! All comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and all even more beautiful than the photos!! The complete super kitchen!! The apartment is excellent, a wide roof with a great outdoor area, very sunny and ventilated. Designed for the beach, all equipped with washing machine, microwave, wifi, hairdryer, hairdryer, iron, kitchen and beach items. The communication was very good , fast, with clear information, checkin and check out flexible. It is close to the beach, about 10 minutes' walk, with a nearby market and a safe neighborhood. I hope to return!

The stay was quiet. We very much liked the structure of the place, and any problems were resolved quickly by Mrs. Analu. The apartment is comfortable and well distributed, everything we needed was within reach. Welcome to the cupcake and the organization are to be congratulated!

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, new and in great condition. In addition to the apartment, there is a swimming pool and sauna in the common area. The location is great, close to a pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets. Thiago is very responsive in messages and helped us with what we needed promptly.

The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

Awesome place with an unbeatable location! I stayed here for a month — the space was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly situated for a quick walk to the beach or short scooter ride to go to town. The host communicated quickly and clearly, making everything super easy. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The stay was wonderful, the apartment is very well located near the best restaurants in the city, the condominium is very organized. The view from the room is magnificent, the amount charged for the stay is extremely fair.

Yumi is a great host, and her stydio is excellent. Clean, well organized and has everything one needs. Very close to the beach.

First, it is worth mentioning the attention given by Tom and Cida, who were very kind and attentive in relation to all instructions and assistance in relation to the apartment. The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

Tatiana's loft is wonderful, super high-spirited, very well located, safe, quiet and the structure of the building is incredible, underneath there is a space with several restaurants and cafes. It's well worth it!! In addition, Tatiana is a nice, sweet, polite, cheerful person!! Everything excellent! Super recommend!!!
