It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

The apartment was above my expectations. Clean, extremely well equipped, I can still smell the ripe figs on the terrace. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot (a characteristic of Pinezici), but it is even more wonderful.

Es ist eine super Sommer- Wohnung, die an heißen Tagen Hitze-Schutz biete. Sie lässt sich auch gut Klimatisieren. Wir hatten eher jetzt kühler Tage und konnten die Wohnung heizen. Die Wohnung ist in dunklerem Holz gehalten und hat eine super Terase, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Danke

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Penguin. The apartment has all you need in a very space-efficient layout. We stayed for a month, comfortably working and cooking inside on the few rainy days, and enjoying the beautiful garden and outdoor furniture when the sun was out. It's a short walk to a gorgeous coastline, with a couple great bars/restaurants under the pine trees, and some very nice beaches. Daniel and Matija are wonderful people. We had a great time with them - suggestions of places to see, a bit of language lessons, and lots of laughs! We'll be back!

Schönes Steinhaus, viel Detailverliebtheit und sehr gut gepflegt. Die ganze Gastgeberfamilie ist nett und die Kommunikation einfach, außerdem ist sehr viel zusätzliche Ausstattung wie z.B. eine komplette Ausstattung zum Grillen vorhanden. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist optimal, oben zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette und unten Wohnzimmer, Bad (mit Zusatztoilette) und Küche. Schöner Außenbereich zum entspannen und Parkplatz. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand oder mit dem Auto, es gibt bekannte Strände aber wer sucht findet schnell auch kleine unbekanntere wo kaum Badegäste sind. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und schön. Empfehlung!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Studio geliebt! Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bilder und hatte alles was man benötigt. Ein wunderschöner großer Garten und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge.

Die Unterkunft ist fein und gemütlich – äußerst sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleine Küchennische mit allen Essentials. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne Garten und der herrliche Pool, die zum Entspannen einladen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, sind aber jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Klare Empfehlung – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Nada und ihre Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung sowie die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders der Außenbereich ist ein echtes Highlight: liebevoll gestaltet, ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem Wesentlichen – ein paar zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten wie etwas mehr Geschirr, Müllbeutel oder Lappen zum Wischen wären praktisch, aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste. Supermärkte wie Lidl sind in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
