The house faces the canal with breathtaking views we have cameras facing the canal and pool area in order to protect guests. The apartment is attached to the main house but private entrance totally separate. Functional full kitchen in the Lanai area Is only for 2 persons. No children allowed. After May 2025 pool will be shared by 1 or 2 more guest. No service dogs or comfort pets allowed.

The house was very clean and spacious! We had lots of room for our kids to play. The host was very helpful and accommodating throughout the stay. The island was still very much in repair from the hurricane but we did find lots of great restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend!

The stay was cozy, extremely clean, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there and would book again in a heartbeat. Raffi was a great host—communicative, hospitable, and accommodating, especially on such short notice. We truly appreciate Raffi for being so flexible and accommodating throughout our stay. The space was also beautifully decorated, which made the experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless — super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. The property itself is beautiful, even better than the photos — peaceful, stylish, and in a great location. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

if you love Florida, and what it's all about you have to stay at San Carlos Fish Camp. If you don't yet know Florida and what it's all about, you have to stay at San Carlos Fish Camp. Stepping into San Carlos Fish Camp is like stepping back in time, but taking air-conditioning and a good refrigerator with you 😉 It is the quintessential old Florida fishing cabin, but with modern conveniences, and a very comfortable bed. The pictures and the description are extremely accurate, but it's better in person. if you have an opportunity to stay here, do it. You will be glad you did. And Carlos is an outstanding host, responsive and helpful, and has an obvious understanding of how to equip the residence for an amazing stay for his guests. Could not have asked for anything more or anything better. Thank you, Carlos.

Valerie and Wayne guided us in from a few miles out.The bridge to Pine Island was closed one way and once clear no problem.Valerie had business to attend to away but was very accomadating at check-in and upon leaving.Wayne was surperb throughout.The property covers 5 acres.We covered Pine Island thoroughly and also the islands nearby,Cape Coral,and a Visit to Naples with relatives.We purchased some provisions at the .Publics Grocery a short distance from the 4 way stop on rt 78 going in.Had a good Pizza at that stop .We didn’t get to too many restaurants at Bokeelia.We did have an enjoyable dinner at the Flamingo.Valerie’s Place is very up scale and Mary And I appreciate the efforts it takes to keep it that way..We really enjoyed our visit.Thanks
